Amazing place. Recommended.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

Charles was very kind and a great host , always answered our messages quickly. The airbnb was very clean and very nice, We loved our stay here !

Duane and Trish were amazing hosts! This was our first family vacation as a family of 4 and everything was absolutely perfect! Duane reached out several times to assure everything was set and we understood everything we needed to know for our stay! His recommendations were top notch and very informative. We will most defiantly be back in the future! Thank you Duane and Trish for your hospitality!

We had an amazing early Mother’s Day weekend at this beautiful Airbnb located in Kingsmill Resort. The setting was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, strolls around the resort grounds, we used door dash for dinner. Dave was thoughtful and attentive, making our stay smooth and stress-free. This was such a special way to celebrate Mother’s Day, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Powhatan is a lively resort. Close to attractions and restaurants, plus many things to do right on the grounds. Host was awesome to work witg; great communication, fast response time. Definately will book again.

We had an excellent stay. There were lots to do for entertainment for the whole family. Shopping was close by and the kiddos loved the on-site theater and video game room.

I have nothing but positives to say about this place, the location, and Merlyn, it was all just perfect! From the clear, friendly and helpful instructions prior to arrival, the sign greeting us in the parking lot saying "Welcome Teigre family", to discovering that there was coffee in the kitchen for us in the morning (we weren't sure about this, but that's really great when you get in really late the night before), to our boys playing ball on the beach (beach toys available in the gym), my wife and I enjoying our coffee on the beach in the morning, to our friendly chat as we bumped into Rick & Merlyn, the hosts, all through to our check-out. Driving downtown was a 20 minute easy drive, we spent quite a bit of our time there, so it was nice to stay at a place on the beach. If we ever come back to Norfolk, VA, we would love to stay here again and we can highly recommend it and its wonderful hosts for anyone who comes to the area!

The stay overall was really good. Very fast response times. The kitchen was really nice along with having a washer and dryer. the location was great. It was 30-45 minutes from anywhere you'd want to visit and only a few minutes from shoping and eating. The cleanliness was just okay. The handrail at the bottom of the stairs was also loose though it looked like an attempt to repair it had been made.

Great place to stay and enjoy the Virginia Beach area! The suite was spotless and very well decorated. Nice outdoor space, and even a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Loved the quick walk to the beach (She even had some great books available that we took advantage of)!The host was very gracious and kind and our stay was seamless . Just a helpful suggestion: it needed a few more basic items like additional hand towels/kitchen towel ( one was not enough for us three girls), and another accessible mirror for getting ready would be super helpful! Besides that, we all agreed that we would come back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

The house is in an amazing location with lots to do and the host is very communicative and helpful.

My daughter and I had a great stay. I didn't see the negative that was posted in other reviews. Very cozy and simple place; the only negative is based on my personality. I like to know in advance check-out procedures to execute how the sponsor wishes—plenty of close-by activities and close enough to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay here. Location was great. Only things I will say is that when we were booking, in the listing pictures, the one angle from behind the bed in the second bedroom made me think there was 3 actual beds and not 2 beds and one pull out. We specifically booked this place because we thought there were 3 actual beds, but I think that’s more our fault for not inspecting the listing further. Also, in the check in instructions, it lists the unit number but we did not see actual unit numbers on the doors which was a little confusing. Other than that, it was a great time.

Bruce’s place looked newly rennovated. Super close to the beach and restaurants. The place was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

We stayed a week at Kerri’s place in Virginia. She went above and beyond our expectations, very communicative and organized. She offered a ton of information and insights before and during our stay. Her place offers a delightful and relaxing getaway experience. The resort's picturesque location by the ocean provides stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The resort amenities such as the pool, spa, and on-site restaurants add to the overall wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to providing top-notch service to guests. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or explore the nearby attractions, Boardwalk Resort is a fantastic choice for a vacation in Virginia. I would definitely recommend and revisit Kerri’s place.

Just as advertised - cute little studio with two pull-out beds (note, both the beds are sofa pull-outs; neither is a regular bed; but I was comfortable). Functional kitchen w full-size range & full-size fridge w ice maker. Spotless bathroom, good water pressure & lots of hot water, shampoo & soaps were provided. Whole place was spotless. The killer feature though is the little patio! It has such a lovely view of the beach and yet feels so safe and secluded. There's a lounge chair that's shaded in the afternoons and I spent several afternoons just sitting there relaxing looking at the sea. :) Location is great, right on the end of the boardwalk, the Marriott beach bar is just a couple minutes walk away, lots of other restaurants and breakfast joints nearby too. PS, biking along the boardwalk bike path is fantastic (can rent single-speed beach cruisers, or bring your own). For a great day or half-day trip I recommend Colonial Williamsburg btw, it was fascinating.

Came with my girls for a conference at the Beach. Salt and Serenity was super peaceful, felt private and quiet. Beds were super comfy and the water pressure in the showers was awesome. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and all amenities were as described. Susan was a great, responsive host and made accommodations for our early check-in. And all the restaurant suggestions were a hit! Would definitely come again!

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

Brought my family of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) to VA for April break. We had plenty of space to spread out between the two units. The resort is located up the street from shopping centers for all you basic needs. Early spring meant the outdoor pool wasn't open, but my children (15, 12 & 11) enjoyed the other amenities offered such as pickleball, miniature golf and the activity center. The resort is going through some refurbishment, so there were places that had dumpsters and equipment out. We felt safe walking around the property at all times. The only draw back, which is no reflection on Christian, was one of our units had a sewage smell and a damp smell. We flushed out the water pipes to clear out the smell and the carpets need to be updated, again not the fault of the host. This space may be on the list to be refurbished. I provided my feedback to the resort. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property to other families.

Great place to stay. Clean, no carpet on the room so no smell. Awesome view of the beach. Great communication from the host if you need it. But there is not much to know, so simple.
