Ps. - Rate $ only for the 2 first guests , next are extra -Only registered guests allowed in the unit. -Some work is going on at backyard, nothing big, -We require pics of your IDs through bnb chat - Unit is monitored 24/7 security camera. - No parking spot. - We have 2 friendly dogs in the property, book it if you feel comfortable with pets around. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

Self-contained basement-level guest suite within our home. You have your own entrance and complete privacy as well as your own private shower room. My husband and I live in the property above with our cat. I respectfully advise if you have allergies or just dislike cats then this is not the place for you. The suite comes complete with a microwave, mini fridge, iron & tea & coffee making facilities. Unfortunately we can’t no longer accept guests without reviews from previous stays.

We are NYC OSE registered short-term rental. Enjoy easy access from our guest suite in a historical Richmond Hill. We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.

This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking is allowed until October 15, 2025. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. Set the heat or AC, watch TV, nuke a meal, do some laundry, and there's a small office to gather your thoughts. There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.
