Our separate, one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

Cottage at Main Street Farmhouse!

This fully renovated farmhouse Cottage is 600 square feet, two queen beds, full bath, couch, kitchenette. Rates are based on 2 guests. $60 per person each night after the first 2 guests. Enter the total number of guests to determine your rate. Great patio space and fire pit to enjoy the Napa wine and weather! Several nice seating areas. Off street parking. No children under the age of 12 allowed. Quiet property, no parties, respect neighbors please.

The private guesthouse is steps from Sac’s largest Farmers Market and Southside Park lake, playground, pickleball/basketball courts, city pool. Sac Airport (SMF) is 15 minutes away. Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate.
