Dekat dengan mal Jogja City Mal. Dekat dengan Sindu Kusuma Edupark. Walau cukup dekat dengan keramaian tapi rumah kami pun tidak bising sehingga masih nyaman untuk istirahat. Halaman depan belakang cukup luas untuk family gathering dan area parkir bisa memuat lebih dari 3 mobil.
