Villa Väylän Helmi sijaitsee Ylitornion kunnassa, Kaulinrannan kylän Marjosaaressa. Saari on rauhallinen maalaismiljöö, jossa sijaitsee lähinnä loma-asuntoja. Tornionjoen varrella sijaitseva mökki on kalastajien ja jokimaisemaa rakastavien lomailijoiden valinta. Marjosaaressa on loistava paikka katsella ja kuvata revontulia. Lähistöllä on useita nähtävyyksiä ja mahdollisuus harrastaa erilaisia aktiviteetteja. Voit helposti vierailla myös Ruotsissa, jonne pääsee Aavasaksan sillan kautta.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Sijaitsee noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemen lentokentältä luonnonkauniissa pienessä kylässä. Huskysafareita talvella vain parin minuutin päässä. Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Cozy house in Båtskärsnäs

Free WIFI. Free parking. 🛜🅿️ The house has a complete kitchen with dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.

Majoitu maaseudun rauhassa viihtyisässä mökissä jokimaisemilla. Mökki on pienehkö,siistikuntoinen jossa kaikki tarvittava. Sähkösauna,suihku,wc,liesi,astiat,jääkaappi ja ruuanlaittovälineet Rantaan menee polku ja soutuvene käytössä. Ranta on kivipohjainen ja siinä ei ole laituria eli uimataitoinen täytyy olla jos joessa pulahtaa. Kohteessa juuri tullut ilmalämpöpumppu joka pitää huoneiston mukavan viileänä ja tuo talvella mieluisaa lämpöä.

Holiday Home Lumimarja

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
