I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment, I had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, everything you need is around you. I stayed for 2 days, and the apartment was impeccably clean. The host provided ample amenities and a fully equipped kitchen, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. It was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning again!

Прекрасные апартаменты, прекрасный дом, мы прожили уже несколько месяцев и очень рады возвращаться домой после прогулок! У нас не было вообще никаких проблем. Поверьте в апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания и удаленной работы. Лиана с заботой относиться к гостям и квартире. Если мы будем приезжать в Ереван, хотели бы останавливаться именно в этих аппаратаментах💜

Great airbnb in a modern and clean building. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and newly remodeled. Check in was easy and the host Michael was very helpful with all the instructions. Recommend!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. Excellent location. Eliza was very nice and responsive and helped with a couple of things we needed during our stay!

Everything went perfectly smooth, from the check in to checking out. The apartment in beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen contains everything what you need. Linen is very clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever experienced. Be advised that the apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator but it doesn’t feel hard. And also noise from the avenue may be disturbing sometimes, but those from big cities may feel at home:) Overall, very convenient location, near all the major points of interest, supermarket 5min walk down the street. Would highly recommend. Thanks, Michael

We had a great stay at Michael's / Hotelise's place. It was very central and easy to find. They gave very clear instructions how to enter the apartment. We had everything for a group of 4 - very nice that every room had its own bathroom! A couple of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the next supermarket was a 10 min walk. We would book it again.

Vigen’s villa in Jrvezh was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings were amazing. Vigen was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Our stay was excellent — we felt like we were at home with family. Everything is brand new and fresh, and the owners are so warm and hospitable that we didn’t want to leave. It was truly a great stay, one of the best we’ve had in Armenia. The house has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and the city — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The area is peaceful and quiet, but just a 10–15 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket (Yerevan City) and a very affordable restaurant (Vega) — our personal favorite, though there are other good options nearby as well. It's also worth mentioning that there was one day when the area had no water due to an incident, but the owners provided us with stored water and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

A great spot for having peace and city center at one spot. Everything is basically walkable distance. Artashes was good and reliable host. Perfect for 4 people.

Sunny flat with a scenic view

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5
