Beautifully appointed 2-bed apartment with gorgeous views down the river Yeo. Close to 24hr amenities and countryside walks. A mill has stood at this point on the river since doomsday, +1000 years. The apartment compromises the old mill with its thick walls and small windows with a modern addition which is a bright living space with a a private patio overlooking the river below. The cottage is in stoke sub hamdon Ham Hill is a 390 acres country park centred on a huge Iron Age hill fort. which is popular for picnicking, walking and mountain biking, situated at he top of ham hill is the Prince of Wales Pub which is dog friendly. The Jurassic coast is from 40 minutes by car. West bay, Lyme Regis.

The Little Dairy, at Watercombe Farm is ideally situated, being only a fifteen minute walk into Yeovil Town centre. We are also only a short walk from, Bournemouth University Campus, Westland Entertainment Centre and Abbey Manor Business Park, most of which can be reached via footpaths. A five minute drive will take you to the historic village of Montecute, leading onto the Chinnocks, Chiselborough and Norton Sub Hamdon, all of which are ideal for walking, cycling or simply a pub lunch.

The village is built almost entirely of the local hamstone. At the centre of the village is a large square known as the 'Borough' around which are grouped picturesque cottages

The cottage is the perfect retreat and base to visit all Somerset and Dorset has to offer. There are two double bedrooms offering accommodation for upto 4 guests. The cottage garden is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine by the fire pit.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
