You will be welcomed to a self contained ground floor apartment in our family home, located in leafy Heathcote, at the doorstep of the Royal National Park.  Enjoy peaceful walks in the beautiful bushland including the famous Karloo pools walk.  Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, courtyard, bathroom, living space and bedroom. 10 mins walk to the train station and shops and 5 mins away from the Royal National Park.  We will do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Comfortable, self-contained guest house behind and separate to our family home, with access to the pool and entertainment area. In the leafy suburb of Engadine, in Sydney's south, our property is located on the doorstep of the Royal National Park and Heathcote National Park. Either relax by the pool or spend the day walking in the National Parks (or both), or simply stay with us if you're looking for a comfortable bed in the area.

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.

Bundeena Beach Shack with view.

Bundeena Beach Shack is a 1950's fibro cabin with a view over Simpson's Bay. The shack is situated high above the beach and has a new deck with an outside bath. Part of the deck is undercover and there is a table, chairs, a gas BBQ. The beach is a few minutes walk along the bush track across the road.
