Shane and Nuan are wonderful communicators. They were quick to respond to any enquiries, friendly, warm and welcoming certainly go the extra mile. We love where we stayed and would highly recommend it to others as being a beautiful private place. Easy access to the beach, train, shops. It was very warm when we stayed and the aircon was great. If we need a place in Seaford again, we would hope to get this one. Thank you Terry and Yvonne

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place. The surrounding nature was breathtaking—perfect for anyone looking to escape into peace and tranquility. Rebecca was incredibly friendly and warm, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She even went above and beyond by preparing a delicious full continental breakfast for the next morning, which was such a lovely touch. The spa bath, complete with candles, was a highlight—pure relaxation and romance! This place is an ideal choice for a couple’s getaway. We’d love to come back! Helen’s place was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others. Helen knows the needs of guests and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. Definitely will stay here again.

The Millgrove Cottage is cosy, compact, warm and comfortable. The garden setting and covered outdoor spaces are lovely. Great access to the Yarra, Warburton cafes, Mt Donna Buang and the Redwood Forest. Thank you, Jan, for your hospitality. We really enjoyed our weekend.

This is a lovely space. Clean and comfortable and very well appointed. The bed and pillows comfortable. Denise and Adrian are very generous hosts, with a stocked fridge of essentials and snacks on the bench. Very relaxed and easy communication. The location is perfect- cliff trail the beach and cafes all within walking distance. Perfect for couples. The only downside was we couldn’t stay longer. Many thanks!

OMG this little gem is as cute as a button. Absolutely perfect for those not needing a kitchen. Easy to find, close to cafes and restaurants and surprisingly quiet considering it is so close to a main thoroughfare . Such a comfortable bed and lovely outlook. Loved the drawers for all the items. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

If you’re looking for peace and serenity, you will find it at the Rose cottage. Helen is an amazing host and went above and beyond our expectations for our one night stay. Everything was clean & cozy, very enjoyable. We loved how quiet it was having a spa after a big day at a conference then waking up to jump into the spa again to start our day. Everything was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend and definitely return to the rose cottage. Thank you again, Helen for everything that you did for us for our stay.

Roberta is an excellent host. Accommodating, friendly. The place was immaculate with everything you need plus things you didn't think you needed. Styled nicely. Private access. Walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. Incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay—exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. The spa and pool were stunning, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fireplace added a gorgeous touch to the atmosphere. We booked this airbnb because we were visiting a friend in the area. This area is really beautiful and well worth a visit, everything we loved about the nature came together in this airbnb. The hosts arranged this little studio beautifully, and thought about every detail, using the space very efficiently. All was clean and cozy; because of all the windows it feels as if you are right outside in the forest. Michaela surprised us with some delicious muffins and it was nice getting recommendations about the area from her and Mark. We were lucky that our friend took us out everywhere, but we saw that many places we visited were captured in the visitors map and folder. Even if you are new to the area, or like to be surprised, this airbnb has it all. The garden was especially pretty and we heard some of the kookaburras in the morning, along with many other birdsong. It’s centrally located as well, with Tecoma station right around the corner. Percect for escaping Melbourne. Thank you so much!

It was a delight to stay at this wonderful little unit. Betty was a beautiful host prompt in communication and very attentive my queries. The accommodation was compact but complete and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a lovely tree lined street and easy walking distance to shops and public transport.

George and Wendy’s place was on Flinders Street, and all the attractions were within a short walk from the apartment. There were lots of food options and easy access to tram services. I would recommend it and would love to stay at the same place in the future.

Exactly what we needed inside & outside the unit & close to town. Julie was very helpful in piloting us in on the phone when we asked for help. Then sorting is out on the A/C handset to warm the unit. Her backgrounding of the heritage buildings and nature in the area was very interesting. We would be very happy to visit again.

Dawn is a great host who gives good advice on local restaurants etc. We loved the place. Port Melbourne is a very interesting place to walk about with piers and beaches etc. Highly recommend this place.

Bek is a warm welcoming host. She ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The fridge was stocked with berries and organic milk and yoghurt to enjoy with her homemade delicious muesli. Fruit, bread and beautiful teas further complimented these. I appreciated her local recommendations for things to do, see and where to eat. She has artfully decorated the unit. It is a perfect space for a couple. It has a homely cosy feel. It is clean and has everything you need to enjoy a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

André & Pauline's home was wonderful, we felt at home and at ease. The views were stunning and serene - I'd recommend this place to stay to anyone wanting to travel out to beautiful east.

We were long-term guests and greatly enjoyed our stay which was overall very good. Others have mentioned a barking dog and we found that this was not much of a problem really - she's not the type who keeps on yapping - just a "woof" or two when someone comes up onto the veranda. We also noted for the hosts attention and to their surprise that the kitchen seemed to have been pilfered. Although we had been content to make do we are sure that the hosts will attend these deficiencies. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood within a 15 minute walk to a train station and good access to cycling and walking paths along the Lower Plenty and Yarra rivers as well as further afield towards Hurstbridge (which, by the way, is a wonderful ride once you get past the busy section towards Eltham).
