Randi’s home was as described. Beautiful cottage feel with excellent amenities. The guest suite was very private, with adequate indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. The suite was styled to feel very homey but updated to be efficient. Randi was also kindly enough to provide us access to the property (hammock, fire pit, patio) and other amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas,kayaks). Close walk to great spots like Nomans and super close to the pond and the beach. Perfect location to enjoy Oak Bluffs. Looking forward to staying at the property again.

Beautiful spot on the lake. The yard area was even nicer than we expected. We enjoyed using the paddle boat in the evening to go out to the middle of the lake for the amazing view and some swimming. The host, Jim, even offered to help our daughter bake a homemade pie with fresh blackberries from their garden. Overall, a great place.

My wife and I stayed here for our one year anniversary, and we were so so happy with our stay! Arman was very kind and genuine from the moment we booked our stay, up until our departure. He made sure we gave him a call as soon as we checked in to let us know about all the features of the house that may be hidden, and gave us amazing recommendations around the area that made it very difficult for us to want to venture out anywhere else! (Bucatino's and Somerset creamery, YUM!!!). We had the pleasure of meeting Arman in person just one time. He was kind, genuine, and very personable. Also very respective of our privacy, which we really appreciate. His fish pond out back is AMAZING! I looked forward to feeding the fish because they were so beautiful to look at! The pond lights up at night, and it looks really cool! If we are ever back in the area, we are definitely going to look for Arman's place again. Thank you so much for your accomodations!!!

Me and my family felt right at home at Deborah’s place! Great stay and perfect location close to great restaurant and great activities! Clean and quiet! Love all the plants and nature! Would recommend and stay again! Also very kind to us! Thank you!

Perfect place for a couple! Katherine and George introduced themselves shortly after we arrived. We frequent the cape, so we know our way around. The guide book in the unit was very nice too. We like to try new restaurants. JT's for quick and casual seafood. Stone L'oven was awesome!! Nice quiet neighborhood. Strolled down to the beach at the pond the first afternoon. Beautfiul spot. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the garden. Very pretty and tranquil. The unit was spotless and close to everything. Breakwater Beach at low tide was interesting to see. Lots of beaches to choose from. The Old Grist Mill and Lemon Tree Village were nice distractions for a "non-beach" day.

Most quiet place we’ve ever stayed. Even though it is part of a larger house (a downstairs studio apartment), the space is very private with a dedicated driveway and yard that is lovely. If you’re taking advantage of all the fun places to go in the surrounding towns this place is perfect. The outside table and chairs added some nice living space too. There are some great suggestions in the notebook to consider when arriving if you’re not familiar with Chatham. Loved the throw blankets for cool evenings, a nice touch. Also, the bike path is just up the road so you can ride from the house. A great place all around.

This is a wonderful spot. Quiet and nice. Very walkable to the trail leading to lots of great local restaurants and the artist village. Also walkable to Skaket Beach though that’s maybe a mile or so. This was our third stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Suzanne’s place is beautiful and cozy. We were 4 adults and we stayed a night. She’s responsive and lives next door so that was very helpful! Pro-tip -While the notes on the directions were helpful we realize google maps gets you to the address. Thank you & we look forward ro coming here again!

The Oasis is amazing! Great location, walkable to both the boardwalk and the town. Very dog friendly! Plenty of space for me, my wife, and our dog. Patty is a fantastic host, so friendly and we even saw her around town. All the extras made our stay so much easier, we forgot a toothbrush and there was one in our welcome basket. That, plus lots of snacks :) Hands down the best Airbnb we ever stayed at! Looking forward to visiting again!

My daughters and I loved staying at Julia’s while vacationing at Cape Cod. Her place is nice, warm, welcoming with beautiful flower gardens next to her patio.

We had a lovely stay. Spacious very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decorated and landscaped. Homemade cookies awaited us. Hope to stay here again next fall!

Susan and Tom are phenomenal people and we had a very pleasant stay. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and we had a great time. Beautiful neighborhood. Bikes were super convenient. Susan even left us a bottle of wine. Absolute bargain!

Perfect spot for our family to decompress and unplug. We hiked, we bopped around to all the different beaches and made the short trip into PTown daily. From breakfast with the birds, to star gazing at night, this place was fantastic. Everything from prior to check-in to check-out was well communicated and made easy by our hosts. A quide book was provided online and at location, and our hosts were extremely responsive. Space was well utilized and clean. Beds are comfy and the location was peaceful!

My daughter and I travel to Falmouth every April vacation and usually stay at one of the local hotels. This was our first time trying an Airbnb and we were so lucky to have chosen Anne's beautiful home. Not only is the location perfect but the space itself was as well. The pull out couch was just right for my daughter and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the apple cider donuts and other treats she greeted us with. Anne is a wonderful and very thoughtful host. We're already talking about going back. Thank you Anne!

Max's place is right in the heart of Falmouth, accessible to all of the restaurants as well as the beaches. It's a great place and very comfortable, with all we needed to spend the night before the Cape Cod half marathon. We were two couple, so we made the utmost use of the bathroom and kitchenette. Everything we needed was there, and neatly accessible. I should note that Mas is a great person and was very helpful in getting us situated, etc. Highly recommended!

Julie’s place was amazing! It was very clean, had anything you could possibly need, was in a quiet neighbourhood and had a very comfy bed. It was also more spacious than we expected it to be. Truly the best air bnb we have stayed in! We would definitely go back

I had a lovely stay at Gergana’s place. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Check in was very easy and Gergana was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying at her place!

The place was really great and in a cool and private space

What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!

This Airbnb was everything it said it was! The place was just like the pictures, very clean, and felt like home. Roger is super responsive and willing to help with anything needed! The area has a lot of access to great restaurants and great spots to check out. I would definitely come again!

We had a good time exploring this part of the Cape. The apartment was roomy and comfortable and the kitchen had enough equipment to be able to cook some dinners in. The bathroom shower could use an upgrade, but it functioned fine enough. We could walk to the Corner Cafe for a basic breakfast and the nearby Lobster Trap has a great fish market in addition to the restaurant. It's a lovely quiet residential area just a block up from the beach. We were there off season so there weren't any visitors in the other apartments and it was quiet. It might feel a little crowded when they are full and everyone is using the outdoor space.

Had a lovely time staying at the Osprey nest. Great area with lots of restaurants locally. Gene and Carol were very informative while also giving us our space and making it feel super private. They were kind enough to shovel us a path to our car when it snowed. I accidentally left my iPad behind and they happily offered to ship it back. Great stay, would recommend.

Clean and private! Instructions were well written, and the place looked exactly as described. We had some small missing pleasantries like tissues (unless we didn’t look in the right place for them) and a small trash bag for the bathroom (again, unless we missed them) but otherwise it was quite a nice stay. The property itself is pretty! My only comment is that it’s a little hard to find from the road and the “don’t tread on me” flag in the driveway made us think we shouldn’t drive up to the door.
