We found everything we needed in the apartment, including sunscreen, towels, after sun lotion. The host was very nice, he left us water, fruit and other stuff to eat in the fridge. The hospitality was on point. It was very clean, AC in every room, it looked like in the pictures. The only inconvenient was that you definitely need a car to go to the beach or other attractions and you can’t swim in the pool after 8pm.

A great experience at Nicola’s place, you have all you need for a great stay, and the location is just perfect, not to mention the reactivity of the host in solving problems quickly and giving valuable suggestions. The price is fair compared to the average in Cyprus.

L’appartamento era come le foto, spazioso e dotato di tutto, con vista mare e in piccolo terrazzino. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e con teli e tutto il necessario, davvero stupendo. L’appartamento si trova in un resort magnifico, c’è un ristorante un bar una piscina grandissima, puoi trovare inoltre una palestra, un mini club per i bambini con una animatrice stupenda. Trovi anche un piccolo minimarket ma per fare la spesa dovrai recarti con la macchina a 10 km dal resort. Credo che torneremo anche il prossimo anno , le nostre bambine si sono divertite tantissimo. Unico neo il mare davanti al resort non è il massimo, ma a 5 km troverete la spiaggia di Bafra pubblica con un mare meraviglioso.

Απο πλευράς ιδιοκτήτη φιλικοτατος, ευγενεστατος, εξυπηρετικοτατος. Ενα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Κλιματιστικα σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Ήσυχη γειτονιά, με πάρκινγκ. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα είδη και προϊόντα στην κουζίνα. Είχε γεμάτο το ψυγείο με νερά και αρκετά σνακ. Για το μπάνιο, γεμάτο με όλα τα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν κλπ. Μπορώ να πω καλύτερο απο οτι δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες. Ενα σπιτι με πολύ θετική ενέργεια. Σίγουρα βρηκα το σπίτι για να ξαναμεινω, οταν επιστρέψω στην Κύπρο. Συγχαρητήρια!!!

The location of the apartment is just a street away from all of the restaurants and is a short walk from several beaches, yet it is quite a peaceful location, although I did stay out of season in January. There are several shops and zorbas closeby, and metro and poplife supermarkets are around a 15min walk away. I didn’t use the pool but there are pools on site and also a gym and spa on the complex. The apartment has everything you need, there is lots of natural light coming through to all rooms and the balcony has sun all day. The apartment had a very welcoming feel to it with nice decor and plants. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The TV had Netflix, prime, and YouTube and then other channels as well. WiFi connection was fast. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Alexandre, the host, was very helpful with details for check-in and things to do in the area and was very quick to respond to any queries. I will definitely stay here again.

Kıbrıs’ta misafir olduğumuz ev ve sahibinden oldukça memnun kaldık. Konumu, sakinliği hem de ulaşım kolaylığı açısından çok avantajlıydı. Ev temiz, bakımlı ve ihtiyacımız olan temel eşyalarla donatılmıştı. .Hem tatil hem de günlük yaşam için rahat ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The host has put great thought into fitting out this apartment and it's furnished to a very high standard - the beds and sofa were very comfy. the location is great with lots of nice cafes restaurants and shops nearby The hosts are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It was a pleasure staying here.

Konutun yeri çok güzel. Giriş ve çıkışta hiçbir problem yaşamadım. Manzarası on numara. Ev sahibi ile iletişim güzeldi. Gazinolara çok yakın bir konumda. Ev içinde her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak eşya mevcut. Kısacası gönül rahatlığı ile kiralayabilirsiniz.

We felt like we were in Bali everyday, because the garden is fantastic. House has big rooms. Kamil is a kind person, who answered what we need and asked immediately. Whatever we need were in the house for house routine. I didn’t see any Airbnb house that clean. We are lucky to find and enjoy this house.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

We loved the house and it’s exactly as pictured. It’s in a great location - very convenient, and also within minutes from the beach and a beautiful walk along the seafront. Checkin was super easy and George messaged every few days to check we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this house and we’d love to stay there agin.

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

We really loved our stay - it was perfect for a large group with a lovely pool and amazing view of the sea, especially from the roof! The kitchen and BBQ area also contained all the cooking equipment that we needed, making it very easy to cook dinner for everyone.
