We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Totally separate . Please disregard any door code provided by Airbnb this is incorrect. You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).
