We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

Recently rebuilt on a scenic hilltop in the heart of Oregon wine country, this Yamhill-Carlton retreat offers fresh interiors and sweeping views of vineyards, rolling farmland and the Coast Range. Three bedrooms span two floors, including a main-level suite opening to the garden. The kitchen, great room and covered porch flow together for easy indoor-outdoor living. Soak in the hot tub, gather around the covered fire pit and dine al fresco. Managed by Cascadia Getaways with 24/7 support.

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Peaceful cottage- 2 bed/2bath

The Cottage is located at the end of Park St in a serene country setting, walkable (0.5 m) to Carlton shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, community pool, parks and more. Owner operated. The cottage has 2 master suites, a full kitchen, a large living room with cable TV, internet, books and games and a private back yard. The cottage shares a wall with our private home. There is NO washer/dryer. There is off-street parking. The cottage is ideal for couples or families staying in the area.

We have kept a lot of its character while making it a cozy and comfortable space to relax in. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in wine country! Relax in comfortable queen beds in each room with private decks to enjoy the wines you’ve picked up from the day.
