Shaded fenced back yard, 3 bedrooms-2 full baths- one with walk in shower, one with shower/tub combo (huge tub) Twin Bunk beds, 2 Queen beds, Sofa recliners & 2 electric recliners, Parking in front. Covered front porch, Washer/Dryer, Salt Water filtration system, ceiling fans, 2 mini splits for heat and air. About 7 minutes from town on a gravel road. Access to television in all 3 bedrooms, and free Wifi.

Working Cattle Ranch

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.
