Quaint, quiet neighborhood with ample parking off of the main road which was a nice touch. The house was clean, cozy and well suited for my stay. You do need to be aware that tenants are below you and therefore, not only can you hear their TV and conversations, they can hear your footsteps, TV, conversations, etc. That wasn’t a problem in my mind and the house was more than suitable for my needs. I will definitely be considering this home in future trips to Yakima.

Fabulous place! Close to Hwy for access to many places in the area! Great communication, clean, had everything you need for groups or families!

What an absolute gem! Perfect location, absolutely adorable house with a Zen retreat of a front yard. So close to everything in a super cute neighborhood. Walking distance to CWU, fairgrounds, etc. Ellensburg experienced a 40 degree change in weather the weekend we were there and the house stayed cool when it was warm outside and cozy when it got super cold and windy. We can't wait to come back! (As a bonus, my 15 year old loved the pull out couch!)

Had an amazing time staying here for a winter trip. The living space/kitchen setup was amazing and feels very cozy. The view was amazing whether being in the cabin or outside on the deck and even in the hot tub. Would definitely love to book again in the summer and go on scenic hikes.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed. We definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Loved staying here! we had two families and four kids. The pool with the bench is perfect for the kids! Volleyball pool means it's shallow on each of the ends with a deeper middle, but it was perfect for two 3.5 year olds, 6 & 8. Watching the golfers on the 14 green was entertaining for the adults! Melissa was super responsive and friendly as well. Would definitely rent again!

Great place to stay in downtown Yakima - Diane is an awesome host!

Diane was very helpful and responsive. At one point, I had to inquire about possibly extending my stay and Diane got back to me quickly and was able to find an excellent solution. The apartment was homey and comfortable. The samples from the soap shop downstairs were pleasant. It was a wonderful spot to land in Yakima.

all good and as advertised. the only issue, which is nothing the host can control, due to location (downtown) the noise from the main road right under the unit makes it difficult to rest without being disturbed

This place is so cute, perfect size for 1 or 2 people to enjoy time in Yakima for pleasure or leisure. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, a nice couch to read on, a lovely table to sit and dine/work at. The bedroom was nice, and spacious bathroom. Walking distant to a lot! I enjoyed the older building this was located in and seeing the older lights and things. Will definitely consider staying again if back in thr area!

The property was in a beautiful location surrounded by greenery. It had all I needed for a short stay and was peaceful.

Our Bridmar Apt. #206 was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for our weekend getaway: quiet, super clean and comfy bed. Communication with Diane was easy and quick. Entry codes were provided in advance and entry was easy. Top tip: to use the elevator enter via the right door. When entering through the left door, there’s a lovely waft of clean herbal scents from the adjacent soap store. We were not cooking lavish meals so the provided kitchen equipment fit the bill and the apt-sized dishwasher was a nice perk! There were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and we were comfortable walking at night. Parking was a little restrictive right in front of the building (be sure to read the signage) but we found convenient, free, parking a block away near the Franz Bakery. The only negative we have is the shower curtain liner should probably be replaced. We’d definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this place for three months for a job. It fits the description and the other reviews - noisy due to thin walls and on a popular road, parking wasn’t an issue for the entire 3 months, laundry was a little annoying because you need to have change. Because the walls are thin, I could hear everything my neighbor did/said, and could smell anything they cooked, and I’m sure vice versa. Also, be prepared to possibly see your neighbors, it is not a private location in that regard. I was warned multiple times not to walk around this area of Yakima alone, so I didn’t. As long as you don’t care about those things, it’s a good place to stay! Diane was responsive, and I had no issues.
