Dar Sara is a modern home set on the tranquil outskirts of Victoria, Gozo. Bright open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with large apertures leading to a private pool, deck, charcoal grill, and outdoor seating at entrance level. Also, a guest toilet and a double bedroom with an en suite shower. Second-floor features 3 double bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a cosy sitting area with a 3 seater sofa. On the third floor, a laundry room and a roof terrace with beautiful country views.

This home is only 4-minutes walk away from Xaghra's village square where there is a varied selection of restaurants and bars. A short distance away are the Megalithic temples of Ggantija. Nearby sights include Xerri's Grotto, Ninu's Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill, the Museum of Toys, and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay which is just a 9-minute drive away.

La Casa di Tancredi a mare

La casa di Tancredi si trova a 150 m dal mare, davanti la casa solo sabbia, pini e dune, è una casa molto isolata. L’accesso alla spiaggia è diretto e privato. Il fondale del mare è basso per molti metri e molto caldo. È un luogo pieno di profumi, di magia, di suggestione. A 27 km dal barocco di Noto, 13 km dal borgo marinaro di Marzamemi, 14 km da Portopalo di Capo Passero, ideale per chi ama il mare e la spiaggia sabbiosa. Dalla casa non si vede il mare, ma solo le dune.

This town house is situated in a quiet area of Nadur in Gozo, with a number of facilities nearby, including a bus stop and a small grocery 200 meters away. It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.
