This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. This two bedroom ground floor apartment is steps to the beach and within an easy walk to the best that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. It is part of a classic 1930's beach cottage and is a clean and inviting haven for the weary beach-goer. The owners Walt, Alexandra and Grayson occupy the upper floor of the house. Grayson is 3 years old and typically wakes up at 7am to start the sometimes noisy job of being a toddler, so guests should be aware that they might hear some upstairs activities.

If you love being a short walk to the beach this place is for you! . We provide beach chairs and a cart for your 5 minute walk to beach. Eat in kitchen and you can serve your honey breakfast in bed. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.

Guests are never far from a relaxing day by the ocean or the many exciting activities Carolina Beach has to offer. We personally lived here for two years and enjoyed every moment!
