This place is beautiful! The back deck and the screened in porch had beautiful views to sit back and relax. Is there were a bunch of little touches that made us feel at home. Perfect location for the beach and plenty of restaurants close by. We would absolutely stay again!

This place was better than anything around by far especially for this price it’s a nice spot with warm welcoming views from the porch out back and it’s in an amazing location about 10 minutes from the boardwalk 10/10 would recommend

The place was great and we (four kids) all enjoyed their stay! There was a lot of toys and amenities for both the adults and kiddos and the neighborhood was lovely. We utilized the indoor pool, playground and walked the community. Would definitely stay again and try out the kayaks and more outdoor amenities when it's not so cold. Thank you for everything Linda - including the communication, flexibility and comforts of home.

The place was just what I needed for a weekend getaway! Staying on the water was a great experience and no matter what time of the day it was the area always felt peaceful and comfortable!

Jennifer's home was perfect for an Ocean City getaway. We used it as a home base for a golf trip and it was great. Peaceful spot on the marsh with a fire pit and dock was perfect for coffee in the morning and beers in the evening. Big windows looked out at the water for lots of natural light. Centrally located to golf courses, the casino, and beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. No linens or towels are provided, but she is up front about that, so you just need to plan accordingly. Jennifer was always responsive and helpful. Definitely worth it for an Ocean City trip!

Terrific house for a multi-family get together! Super spacious with lots of spots for groups to hang out separately or all together. Great location - near restaurants and attractions. We stayed in the off season but would love to come back in the summertime to enjoy the pool.

We couldn't have found a more beautiful place for our short break from the noise of DC than Villa Blue Heron! The view through the pines and across the water is simply stunning, day and night. The only stress you might feel here comes from the difficult decision of where to relax: on the sofa in front of the large windows, by the fire pit, in the hammock, or on the small dock by the water's edge? We tried every spot... Never before has a vacation home been so well-equipped! Veronica and David have truly thought of everything: spices, board games, firewood, binoculars, lifting weights... even marshmallow skewers are provided. The villa has a high-quality feel and is lovingly furnished, and all the facilities are luxurious. We felt like we were in a 5-star hotel. Our communication with David was very pleasant throughout our stay. In the end, we would have loved to have more time to explore the nature. At least we got to watch the eponymous blue herons. We‘ll be back for more!
