Large flat screen TV with Netflix, Foxtel, Britbox, Disney, Sports and an extra TV in bedroom. Across the road from the beach. Unit is on the first floor, 2 flights of steps with 8 steps in each flight. Garage is very skinny! Large 4-wheel drive vehicle won't fit I'm sorry!

Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee. The short stroll from the many coffee shops and restaurants in the village of Scarborough. The nearby beaches and parks are very popular for swimming, picnics, fishing, kayaking and standup paddle boarding. The Redcliffe Peninsula is well serviced with public transport should you wish to go to Brisbane.
