Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. Situated in the heart of the National Forest within a 10 acre boundary. The Duckhouse is a self contained building ( think large caravan size )within the large garden. The Duckhouse is small but has everything that is required for a short break. There is immediate access to amazing countryside and this lends itself to guests wishing to enjoy a quiet walking break.
