This is a great place to stay. It’s lovely and very conveniently located for the town of guilford and the beach. It’s like staying at a friend’s place, an extremely thoughtful friend who has considered what would make you feel comfortable and welcomed. This is our second stay here and it is one of our favorite air B&B experiences. Jeanne is so considerate and responsive, and has the house perfectly prepared. Stay here if you can.

Nice ground floor apartment across the street from the beach and 2 blocks from the state park. Love the outdoors. And Delores and her brother were amazing. Friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Cannot thank Stephen enough for taking care of us after a major mess up. We were able to get in and relax and enjoy. So grateful for all he did for us on a graduation weekend.

This was the perfect romantic getaway for our anniversary! I would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor patio more and spend extra time by the beach. Ned was very responsive and helped answer our questions very quickly. While it was a private and quiet location it was still close to a lot of restaurants, breweries, beaches and things to do. Highly recommend!

East Hampton doesn't have many hotels. Most Airbnbs on the lake were more expensive than I wanted to pay for a non-family vacation stay. That being said, Josh's home was Perfect! And, not much more expensive than the only shady motel down the road. It was clean, well-appointed, and the perfect accommodations for my wife and me. Both bedrooms are equally beautiful, and the home can easily accommodate two couples. I hope to stay here again next time we're in East Hampton!

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

My stay at Lisa’s was great! I had my own space that was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the location and setting and was right at home.

A gem of a home if you’re looking for a waterfront property with great lake access. David’s home is well stocked with everything you need - from baking to cooking , from laundry to great choices of board games , a nice library if reading by the water is what you care to do . If you’re a bass fisherman like me , you have direct access to Squantz Pond, which can be a great fishing alternative to nearby Candlewood Lake. The property is close to the main road and traffic can be a nuisance to folks who are not used to it . City folks like me don’t mind it. David was a great host , very responsive . There was a slight miscommunication during check in , but that was taken care of right away . My family hopes to come back again . BTW, for those who don’t know how to play the piano , take some brief lessons before coming and impress your folks. Joe

Abigail’s place was very welcoming, beautiful surroundings, great lighting coming into the home and a scenic view to the mountains. She provided dinner & outing recommendations. She even mentioned The Elephant Truck show! Which of course I loved! The garden was so pretty to walk around and really enjoy and relax! We had a blast. Thank you for being a great host!
