Snakes (venomous, like cottonmouth and copperhead), spider, scorpions and wasps are very common and seen *** Setting over 8 acres right on the bank of Lake Fork is this quiet secluded retreat with protected cove, boat ramp and dock, fishing pier & over 800 feet of shoreline. Kayak (2 provided) on calm private bay, fish/stargaze on the docks, or swing under the shade. House features open concept living room/kitchen, high vaulted ceiling, balcony. high speed internet.

Enjoy a peaceful, uncluttered escape from a fast-paced life in this sweet little 100-year-old home. It's just a stone's throw from the quaint downtown area, and within walking distance of good food, fun shopping, historic locations, and the Amtrak. If fishing and water is what you enjoy, there are several large lakes just a short drive away. The nearby towns offer even more historic sites, antique shops, and unique boutiques. For nature lovers, the Mineola Nature Preserve is only minutes away.

The backyard boasts a large covered porch with grill, a beautiful pergola with individual swings, and a large covered dock with boat slip as well as covered and uncovered seating areas. The Great Escape is situated in a quiet, private neighborhood and is perfect for a guys' fishing trip, a girls' get together, or any getaway you choose!

Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/add’l fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

Tall Pines Retreat

This beautifully located home features several mature pines in a quiet neighborhood within the Quitman city limits. The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is available throughout the house. You will have a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 different lounging areas, washer/dryer/ironing board and iron. Each room is fully stocked with linens.

Auntie Anna’s Retreat will make and serve our guest Homemade Cinnamon Rolls 3 mornings a week! At 8 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays a hot pan of cinnamon rolls will be brought to your door! Auntie Anna’s is set on 34 acres near our personal home. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the slow pace and simple pleasures of living in the country. We love Auntie Anna’s for its large backyard with fire pit, grill and sitting area and more.

Charming Holly Lake Ranch and Country Home

3 b, 2 ba house nestled in the gated resort community of Holly Lake Ranch. This 1700 sq. ft home has an open floor plan and is great for family gatherings or entertaining. Western motif is perfect for a guys weekend of golf or fishing! Guests can enjoy community amenities such as: 18 hole golf course, lakes, fishing, tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf course, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, and other outdoor activities. Pets ok!

We are also located about 5 mins away from Lake Fork via drive.

Brooks House Brooks Suite

The Historic Brooks House was built in 1900 and has three suites available each with their own private entrance. We offer guests a private pass-coded entrance to their 3 room suite. A superior alternative to a hotel. Large front porch. Includes microwave, fridge and coffee service. Local Tax is already in room price, Airbnb will add state tax to your rate.
