Absolutely loved staying in this beautiful setting with great views from every room. The Apartment was very spacious and clean with all amenities you will need and very cosy too. The grounds were Beautiful, very peaceful and exactly what we were looking for.Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Chloe but Tim was very friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge to the area. Thank you for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family. Helen & Mark

Wow what can I say , we have just returned from a wonderful stay at Peony cottage , I’m a fuss pot and I can honestly say it exceeded above and beyond our expectations , if you are thinking of booking to stay here you won’t be disappointed we would 100% recommend staying at this beautifully furnished and well equipped cottage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

Gorgeous location, friendly host with easy communication and most importantly a lovely property which was very well priced.

Perfect flat for my week in Oxford. I needed somewhere I could work remotely when necessary, use as a base to go to events and a place I could recharge after long days. The Wi-Fi was really good (something I was worried about) Relatively modern, very cozy, tastefully furnished and decorated Best check-in! They send a handbook in advance and make the whole process extremely clear. The property manager was very nice and asked if everything was going okay with the flat. I had a minor issue with the bath plug that they were able to solve immediately. Loved that they have a bath They have a small dishwasher (tablets available) They have a laundry machine (may need to bring your own detergent) Greta location

Fantastic place to stay and a wonderfully helpful host. We had a medical emergency and Louisa really helped us out. She was great with helping us book transportation, had really good recommendations for places to eat and have good information on her fact sheet. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful week here with our two-year-old daughter. The location is perfect. Within a two-minute walk, there are several restaurants and breakfast spots (The Bear Inn was our favorite). In just five minutes, you’re at the train station, where you can catch a train to Oxford and London. There’s so much to do in the area for children. The cottage had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a big bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!

A really beautiful cottage in a peaceful hamlet, ideal for a couple or small family with a lovely garden and outside area to enjoy the sunshine. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and the provisions that were left were really appreciated. Tracy was a really helpful and responsive host, with local recommendations that were very helpful. Comfy beds and great shower! The only thing to make people aware of if they have babies/ small children, is that due to the age of the property, the walls (and ceilings) are not very soundproof. The top bedroom also doesn't have a door leading up to it. Would definitely recommend!

A lovely cottage that was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for 7 of us and great to have 3 shower/bathrooms and 2 dining areas, so there was room to spread out. The garden was an extra bonus for the children. Great Rissington is a really charming village and within half an hours drive of lots of attractions for both adults and children. Good to have The Lamb pub just down the road. Would recommend.
