Just a short walk to all amenities - WIN Stadium, the Wollongong Entertainment Centre (WEC) & the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC). The train station is 100 meters from the front door of this complex and there are cafes, restaurants, shopping centres and Wollongong's amazing beaches all within walking distance or a 5 min drive. Woonona is one of the best surfing beaches in Wollongong. Just over 1 hour from Sydney Airport by Car or Train. We think our space is great for couples, surfers, singles, business people and adventurers alike. We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can also enjoy just to kick back and relax.

This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Complimentary snacks, cereals and drinks. There is a smart 55"tv in the lounge and 40"in the bedroom, free wifi. It is located on second level. NE facing private balcony. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants.

The unit is on the 2nd floor of an old building in the heart of Wollongong, NO lift. Super short walk to shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, clubs, beaches, train station, bus stops etc. !!! IMPORTANT NOTE !!! !!!****There is NOOO PARKING spot to this unit***!!! Paid street parking at certain times ( read signs, 6c for 10 minutes, up to 1 hour for $1 or 2 hours for $2 ), other times free. Overnight parking is not a problem. I normally have no problem finding a spot nearby.
