We are offering a upstairs guest suite in our home in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. We live in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Kentville ,New Minas ,Wolville. We have a pool and deck with a BBQ in season that we will share. We are close to popular hiking / snowshoeing trails ,wineries and shopping. This home boasts expansive views of the Gaspereau Valley, Blomidon and Minas Basin with fabulous sunsets. Located in a remote location, but only a 5min drive to the town of Wolfville. Beautiful vineyards surround, as well as a variety of dining options. Within close proximity to beaches, trails, and Ski Martock. The upstairs bedrooms have a king size bed and the other a queen. A third bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, a full bathroom and a lounge area. Great for the whole family!

Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer as well as a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. ENJOY! No partying or smoking, please!
