'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. Super comfy King size bed, smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, leather sofa, own bathroom and toilet.

With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for two families, multigeneration groups or just girls weekend away.

A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties.
