We welcome you to the Sweet Grass Suite, your little sanctuary within a 2 minute walk across the Chewuch River to all the shops, restaurants and activities of downtown Winthrop. With a luxurious king bed and a sofa pullout couch, the guesthouse is best for a couple or close friends. We invite you to lodge with us and use our new guesthouse as your basecamp!

Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Primitive Park Lodge has everything for you and your furry buddies and is walking distance from the Wenatchee River, 25 minutes from Leavenworth and 35 minutes from Stevens pass. Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

Come and relax at our family and dog-friendly Reindeer Lodge in the community of Ponderosa. This cozy and updated cabin boasts a mix of rustic and modern charm. It is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. On 2/3's of an acre, you'll feel secluded and have the privacy you need for your perfect getaway. At night, turn on the patio string lights and propane fire table for ambiance as you soak your muscles in the private hot tub on the covered deck.

This modern yet rustic home was designed to bring the outside in and promote a sense of peace and privacy. The home consists of a main house and a separate studio unit,both with breathtaking views. A new addition to the main house in 2026 adds an upstairs “fire lookout” bedroom and bathroom(New Photos Coming Soon). With vast views, this bedroom showcases a 270-degree view of the Methow Valley. Off the main level is a new mudroom, laundry room, and den.
