Il Perch è un monolocale con una camera da letto e un bagno recentemente ristrutturato nella migliore posizione di Wintergreen: Laurelwood. La locanda, il mercato, l'Adventure Center, le piste, e altro ancora, sono tutti a cinque minuti a piedi o meno. Sono inclusi un portico posteriore, cucina completa, camino a legna, balcone, W/D, WiFi con Roku/Netflix. C'è anche una piscina privata. Il parcheggio è proprio di fronte all'edificio! Il Perch è ideale per viaggiatori singoli, coppie o una famiglia con 1-2 bambini. Non ci sono animali domestici, per favore.
