These spacious, light-filled holiday barns will be a true delight to stay in. The development of the plot of the old stable and pigsty at Haygrove Farm has been built to the highest standard with the contemporary design and finish, including the expansive glazing, carefully planned to compliment the landscape, making the outlook truly breath-taking. A vaulted ceiling gives the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area a light and airy feel. Sleeping 4 people; One king size room and one twin (that can be converted to a king if requested in advance) with one large family bathroom and an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom, you’re assured to have a comfortable stay. Bi fold doors lead to a private deck area and large shared lawn boasting spectacular views of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Ample parking for 2+ cars within the gated driveway. Full underfloor heated tiled floors, TV & Marshall speaker, Wi-Fi. Excellent quality sheets and towels, hairdryer all provided as well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a small welcome hamper. We will leave keys for you within the key box at the front gates, but do not want to interfere with your privacy unless you need us. As a family run business we live in the Main farmhouse and Annexe right next door so can be on hand if you have any problems or want any advice to make the most out of your stay and will leave you our phone numbers should you need to contact us. There are plenty of wonderful places to eat in the local area (including the fantastic New Inn in Westwood itself) and we will be happy to recommend and book for you if you need us to. Located in Westwood, Haygrove Farm is a short walk from both the Westwood Manor and lford Manor, plus a 2-minute drive from Bradford-on-Avon. Bath is a 12-minute train ride away from either Avoncliff railway station, which is a mile away or from Bradford on Avon station. We have horses and a friendly Dalmatian ‘teenager’ as part of the family and you will see us around and about as access to Haygrove Stables are on the same drive as the Barns. We ask when you park that you consider the possibility of horseboxes needing to pass. This 2nd barn is dog friendly so we are able to welcome 4 legged friends, so they too can experience the beautiful Westwood countryside! We simply charge an additional £10/night cleaning charge when dogs are booked (payable on arrival/departure) and ask that they are kept off the furniture & not left unattended. Both Sharky (Dalmatian) & George (horse) are friendly (as are the other equine residents) We ask you not to feed the horses & please let us know if you have any dog aversions as Sharky is always happy to meet new people & may try & say hello to you before we do! ;)

A detached self contained annexed house with two d'ble bedrooms ,shower room , and large combined lounge/ diner ,and kitchen area. Own entrance .Tastefully appointed with reasonable style. Overlooks garden with a small terrace area. Driveway parking on site. The property is in a semi rural location about 3 miles from Bath and 2 miles from Bradford on Avon .. Access to both main towns is easy both by car and by bus . The bus stops are about 30 metres from the house (D1 bus every 30mins or so)

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. A bright and cheery three bedroom cottage, it is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside or to simply relax by the fire or in the stunning walled garden. With an award-winning village pub a short stroll down the hill, a village shop and cafe, as well as Iford Manor with its renowned gardens just a stones throw away, there is plenty to do. You can also arrange to play tennis at the neighboring Hall.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

There is a large sitting room/dining area with a sofa, occasional chairs, TV/DVD player, plus dining table and chairs. Free WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some home made goodies. There is off street parking at the property.

Off-road parking. We are in the main house and on hand for assistance or info as needed, but otherwise will respect your privacy.
