This charming home was an absolute gem, offering the perfect retreat for four parents on a ski weekend. Warm, cozy, and inviting, it provided every convenience we could possibly need—even an outdoor grill. The hot tub and outdoor space were especially delightful, with thoughtful touches like ski-themed benches and a fire table creating a welcoming ambiance. The addition of bathrobes for the hot tub was a lovely detail that made our stay even more special. Communicating with Dennis was seamless, and his hospitality stood out. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would undoubtedly return to this well-appointed and thoughtfully designed property!

Beautiful property in a very private, peaceful setting but still close to local amenities and rt. 89 & 91. We were very happy with the home and the host. Everything was as advertised and it was a very easy process. We would not hesitate to come back and recommend this property to others.

Todd & Susan’s Lux Farm Retreat was very relaxing. This is a beautiful house and property. It is very private and peaceful. The fireplace is an amazing focal point of the house where we were able to spend some quality family time. The upstairs den area was great for the kids to have their own area at times. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Todd and Susan are very proactive, and communication was excellent and responsive.

Chris isn't joking that he likes to keep the kitchen well stocked. It was great having everything that a typical kitchen would have at your convenience. The views were gorgeous and were really enjoyable when relaxing in the hot tub. Our three boys loved the kids room and that there were toys to play with. The location made our Vermont stay all that much more enjoyable, thank you for the great memories!

This place was just what we needed for our family to get away for a few days. The host was responsive and made sure we had all that we needed. It poured one day we were there so having the extra touch of WiFi and a smart tv was great, we bunkered down and watched some reruns while we waited out the rain. Definitely a little bit remote from some places but if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful spot, look no further.

Jim was super responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. I appreciate him being flexible with check in time!

The place had everything I was looking for. Very peaceful, private and safe 👌🏽 Loved de sound of the river in the backyard and to be able to sit by it and enjoy the sense of peace that it gives. Surrounded by nature, the place is just perfect for that well-needed getaway to unwind and relax 👌🏽 That Superhost title is well-earned! Liz is such a wonderful host 👏🏽 She is super responsive, very attentive, wonderfully helpful and kind 🧡 She helped me make the most of my stay 🧡 Poop Stick is such a lovely dog 🥰 I will definitely be staying again in the future. Great spot right next to Okemo! The cabin was better than the photos, felt really homey and clean.

Carolina and Kevin's apartment was fabulous. The Ludlow area is a wonderful spot to visit other small and larger towns and right at the Okemo Ski slopes and great hiking. The home was spotless and very comfortable with all the necessities and some extra special items that one might need also. The morning coffee was especially appreciated. Carolina checked in with us on two occasions to make sure we did not need anything or have questions. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

I was in town for work and it was nice to come back and relax

This is a nice cozy attic apartment inside of a residence. Steep staircase. No living room. Wonderful walking area beside a river. Close to Woodstock and Dartmouth. Gracious host. Temperature a little difficult to regulate. Recommend.

Great for a good group of friends. The hot tub situation was absolutely perfect especially for the price. Plenty of Bedrooms. Kitchen has everything that you would need, overall a amazing stay

Can't say enough! Steve was quick to have information and respond. His knowledge of the area is massive and he knows all the great spots to go. Their place was perfect and everything you'd expect from the pictures and description. During our stay we got a large ice storm. Some locals called it the worst ice storm since 1996. Steve was texting me throughout the storm to make sure we were ok and had power and internet. He asked if there was anything he could do for us... And he was located hours away.. Steve and LA went above and beyond in so many ways.. Their place will be the first place I look to stay on return trips!

Amazing host, great location and lovely home! This was our second time staying with Myranda and we absolutely loved it!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Will was very easy to speak with, as well as gave suggestions of things to check out in the area! Will’s cabin is located in a remote area that you can sit back relax and enjoy the sounds of the world around you! I cannot say enough good things about the cabin!!! There are trails that could be explored but I did not have the proper shoes with me. If you are curious about the area it would be ill advised to pass up this amazing location!!!!

Renee and Tim's place is amazing. On the outskirts of a quiet town called Royalton, easy 30 minute drive to Woodstock/Quechee and the cabin itself is beautiful! It's like an outhouse to their beautiful house and pretty private. Feels like you're living in the wood and yet in luxury! If quiet down time doing nothing in the lap of nature if what you're craving, this place is it!

We had an awesome getaway at Kevin and Lesley’s cabin! This was our last little getaway before we get married this fall and it was the perfect unplugged retreat to feel connected going into the stressful time before the wedding. The cabin is cozy, the bathroom is adequate and sort of surprisingly not as buggy as it could have been, and the porch was my favorite spot to feel connected to nature. Kevin was very communicative and the instructions in the cabin were very clear. Luce’s lookout was amazing at the top and a really great recommendation by our hosts. We would definitely go back!

Such a sweet cabin, in a beautiful private location. Easy to find and check in. Check out instructions were clear and easy as well. It was a perfect spot for a cozy weekend away together. Bonus that we could bring the pup! We would definitely come back!

We *LOVED* our time in the Cabin in the Woods. Sondra and Daniel were very responsive in responding to questions about the property. The layout of the cabin was sensible and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to go back! The cabin location is perfect and is sweet and romantic. Sondra and Daniel have thought through every detail. Thanks again for a splendid vacation spot!

Wow! This cabin literally felt like a slice of heaven in the Green Mountains. While being close to town, and easy enough to find and access, we were secluded and nestled amongst the trees and a flowing creek. We felt safe and secure. The wifi was fast and we were able to make calls and send texts. We were thrilled to find a Vermont Country Store just ten minutes down the street, and would highly recommend going! Shaw's grocery store in Ludlow was also surprisingly good, and we enjoyed many unexpected finds. This is notable as many of the businesses in Ludlow appear to be seasonal, and you may end up cooking back at the cabin. This is thankfully easily accomplished as the kitchen is pretty large, with ample cabinet space and new stainless appliances. The cabin had a nice outdoor fire pit and indoor wood stove, which both made for a wonderful ambiance. Also, of note, the water out of the sink was delicious, and cold. No need to buy bottled water while you are staying. Thank you!
