Heathfield is a charming Cotswold cottage located in its own grounds on the fringes of the village of Ampney Crucis Gloucestershire and approx. 3.2 miles from Cirencester ( the Roman Corinium) capital of the Cotswolds. Recently refurbished to a high standard the cottage offers on drive parking, entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom/wc/ whb, well equipped modern kitchen, pantry, south opening sitting room, dining room, 2 double bedrooms for up to 4 people, walk-in shower/wc/whb. Kemble Station (1 mile) has direct trains to London. Water sports, lakes, beautiful villages and countryside are all nearby. The beautiful city of Bath is a 40 min drive.

Ideally situated in the grounds of the main house it provides a great balance between privacy and the use of the gardens. It has one double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a lounge, kitchen with small breakfast area and a bathrrom fitted with a walkin shower. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.

We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
