Windham County: soggiorni in baite

I came here with my family for a winter getaway in Mt Snow and we felt it was comfortable for 5 adults and a great location. The location to the mountain is a short drive or a quick 10 min walk. The house has a nice cozy interior and Preston was very responsive.

I booked Lasse’s cabin for a peaceful, scenic getaway with my family and that was exactly what we got. The cabin is immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed. The view from the cabin was absolutely stunning. The land was so fun to explore. Lasse was a gracious host and very attentive to anything we needed. Thank you Lasse! I miss it already!!!

Such a wonderful stay! The house was well stocked with all the necessities a family would need for an extended stay (we ended up booking additional nights because we had so much fun). The windows, lighting, and sky panels made the rooms quite magical. We built a few fires in the hearth as the temperatures dropped and the cabin stayed warm and cozy. I loved the ambiance and the silence, as the home was nestled in woods.

Sam’s home was the perfect fit for our girls weekend! It fit all 10 of us perfectly with room to spare and had an ample amount of space for activities. (The pool table on the 2nd floor was definitely our favorite spot) the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet with just being a short drive to all the restaurants/ down town areas. Definitely would stay at Sam’s place again if we’re back in the area!!

Awesome place near Stratton and Mt snow. Beautiful surroundings and tranquil stream nearby. Wood burning hot tub worked really well. I started it and went to dinner for a couple hours and when I got back it was over 100 degrees.

This was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay for my son’s wedding.

We stayed at Apple Benton Farm in the Barn and it was everything we hoped for and more. The barn was beautifully decorated with charming rustic touches that made the space feel cozy and inviting. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hot tub was amazing—clean, private, and ideal for stargazing at night. The views and surrounding land were absolutely phenomenal—peaceful, scenic, and exactly the escape we needed. Our host, Ben, was fantastic—he responded quickly to our messages, gave clear and thoughtful instructions, and really made the stay feel like a personal, human experience. It’s clear he takes pride in creating a welcoming and clean environment. We drove three hours just to stay here for a couple of nights, and it was completely worth it. We would absolutely stay at one of Ben’s places again, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Where to start, such a beautiful location, amazing views from every angle. Kathleen you have created the perfect little cottage, it feels secluded yet close to everything. Very convenient location, everything seems like it's a 10 to 15 minute drive, activities, grocery or just somewhere to be at peace. One of my favorite things was the five minute drive to the local CO-OP, it was such a change up to feel so involved with the local foods and produce provided, here from the Massachusetts south shore its something that we do not get a chance to experiance. Me and my girlfriend came for our anniversary and I'm not sure it couldve been anything less than perfect. Every single thing about the location, the ammenities, the activites, even Kathleen could not have been more transparent, she was very responsive during the booking proccess and more when we were on location, she stressed that if we needed anything to let her know. This is without a doubt somewhere that we are going to stay again.

They definitely have put a lot of thought in supplying everything you can think of needing in an Airbnb. It was unexpected but well appreciated. The home was very cozy and clean. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom showers and floors could use an update. Otherwise, my family enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again if we can. The place was perfect for what we needed….a place sleep and relax intermittently with our dog. It’s a cabin and not the most luxurious accommodations but it was fitting for us. Would certainly use it again when the time arises—and it will.

Cute place with a large property. Great for dogs. Super close to Stratton, and other ski resorts are also close by. Fantastic value for the money.

The cabin was perfect for a cozy weekend getaway! In fact, it was even more lovely in person than the photos. We did some lovely hiking in the area and visited nearby farms. Our dog loved the space and slept like a log after a day of hiking. On the day it rained, we had the best time staying inside, reading, playing games, and listening to music. There are clear instructions everywhere to help make sure everything is used properly. While it was too cold and rainy to make too much use of the outdoor amenities, we were able to easily grill. We hope to come back in the summer to make fire pits and swim in the nearby brook! Overall wonderful stay, it was everything we were looking for.

Becky is a fantastic host! She communicated with us very clearly and in a timely manner. This cabin is in a very private location that allows you to connect with nature, all while still in the comfort of a cozy cabin with a smart TV! The place was very tidy and smelt great for a smaller space with a composting toilet. The lack of running water was not an issue for us, as we were still able to do things like wash dishes and brush our teeth with the resources Becky provided. When it came time to leave, we were stuck in the snow and Becky and her husband did not hesitate to help us. They got us out of there in no time! We will definitely be visiting the cabin again.

What a great stay! Srini was very accommodating prior to our arrival and was always quick to respond. This home is a perfect in between to Stratton and Mt Snow which served our group well. Cozy doesn’t begin to describe the living areas and the garage was a great addition at night. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone considering it. Can’t wait to visit again!

Monique and Jason’s A-Frame cabin exceeded our expectations! They thought of every little detail you would need in a home away from home. The decor was great, the kitchen was stocked with so many utensils and gadgets (I was not expecting to find a zester for my dinner recipe but it was there!) and the bath towels were amazingly oversized, which is a rare find! The A-Frame was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. We loved the record player (especially Alanis and Noah Kahan) and had a great time celebrating our dog Harley’s 9th birthday pawty there. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

We had such a lovely stay for my birthday weekend. Jonathan’s place was exactly as described. A great way to escape the city! Had a nice guide to the house with instructions on how to light the fireplace and work certain things around the house. Such a beautiful and peaceful stay!

Loved staying at Ryan’s cabin! Was perfect for a ski getaway with a handful of friends. Would highly recommend!

Our group was two couples, a toddler and a dog. We absolutely loved the unique and funky space that Chris and Elizabeth created in Newfane. There were plenty of comfortable places to lounge, play games and eat. We loved the two woodstoves, which made the place extra cozy. We also enjoyed the sauna out on the deck. We explored the surrounding area a bit and had dinner at the Fat Crow one of the nights, which was delicious! It was the perfect place to get away and unwind for the weekend.

Great and tidy place with lots of snow. The kids loved playing outside with the snowballmaker 😀. Excellent location to explore several nearby ski resorts.

My family had a wonderful stay at the Bear Tracks Cabin. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect situated near a great ski town for restaurants. And the house is within a community with easy access to a clubhouse with indoor pool and fitness center. Most of all, we enjoyed skiing at Mt Snow just 10-15 minutes away.

Secluded cabin that felt right at home. Very easy to get in and fast communication when needed! You definitely will need 4wd or awd in the winter time to make it in and out. It’s in a great location close to the interstate by bellows falls and Springfield. Very quiet neighborhood!

Theresa's home in the forest is absolutely lovely. You can always hear the sound of water flowing past in the creek just outside. The leaves were gorgeous this time of year. The home was warm and cozy even with temperatures dropping below freezing at night. It was exactly what we were looking for in a Vermont Autumn weekend getaway. Amazing host, too!

We always have a Great stay at Beth's Cabin. ot never disappoints. and she is one of the best hosts you could ask for. !!! We Will be back again !!!
