Very lovely stay. Great accomodations and responsive host. Everything was exactly how it was described and looked in the pictures!

The cabin was really nice with comfortable accommodations and everything you need. There is a road that runs in front of and behind the cabin that has quite a bit of traffic on the weekend as the road is an entrance to a park/campground and it was a holiday weekend. This was a benefit to us though as we love to hike and could walk to or drive within a couple of minutes to several really great trails! Having the heated in ground pool for my daughter was amazing and when we had some issues with Bees the owners handled it right away. This is definitely a cabin in the woods by the water so come prepared with bug repellant. We did venture out to some local wineries and a lavender farm/winery but would have been just as content to enjoy the cabin and the property! Overall we really enjoyed this place and would totally go back when we are visiting the Harrisonburg area.

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

Beautiful home in an amazing setting! The house had everything needed and the property was even better than the photos. Very quiet and private. Host was friendly and responsive. Can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful place me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday we had the best time! Brandi had the space nice and clean when we got there. She is has excellent response time and is very friendly. The cabin itself was amazing the view was incredible! being able to go out and kayak was amazing. The perfect get away for you and your partner! we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Timber Creek Falls was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by peaceful nature, beautiful scenery, and thoughtful touches that made the entire trip feel special. The setting was serene and truly one-of-a-kind — like something out of a storybook. The cabin was cozy, clean, and incredibly well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Whether it was sipping coffee by the waterfalls, stargazing at night, or simply enjoying the quiet, every moment felt like a breath of fresh air. We left feeling recharged, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back in the fall. If you're looking for a place to unwind and reconnect — with nature, with loved ones, or with yourself — Timber Creek Falls is it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our two girls were happy to run around the yard and play in the little playground. The house was clean, neat, and homey. The view is spectacular. The hot tub was plus. Jan even put a sign that said happy birthday for my husband. So thoughtful! thank you, Jan! Sylvia

Loved our stay here!! Would come back again in a heartbeat, this was such a beautiful space with a wonderfully responsive host. We ended up having a bit of broken glass at the property & immediately the host made sure that we were safe & got someone out to clean it up! My husband and I stayed in this lovely home to celebrate our 10th anniversary. It was our first overnight trip with our dogs and we needed to unplug and unwind for a few days. This was the perfect location. It was beautiful and quiet, and far enough away from town that we didnt feel like we needed to be "on the go" the whole weekend. The game room downstairs was so much fun and the main bedroom upstairs was relaxing and spacious. Berkeley Springs is a great little town. If you visit, check out Mythical Pizza. We would love to visit and rent this home again with additional family members because there were enough beds/bedrooms to accommodate. Thanks for a great stay!

Our second time staying at The Cabin and enjoyed it so much again! Sam and Jeff are fantastic hosts and the Cabin is such a beautiful spot to enjoy a weekend away. Berkeley Springs is just a quick drive down the hill, but staying here gives you quiet and privacy.

We stayed in this cabin over Easter weekend for 4 nights and three days, and we couldn't have been more pleased with this cabin. Our main vacations are going to cabins, so I spend a lot of time looking at properties and reading reviews and I kept coming back to this one and finally booked it. I was so glad I did! It was clean, quiet, in a beautiful location, and other than taking a drive along South Branch River Road on Easter Sunday we stayed at the cabin the whole time. My husband even said that this was probably one of the best cabins we've stayed in and would really like to return. We felt comfortable and right at home. We were also fortunate to arrive just as the Lilac bush at the corner of the porch was in full bloom and the smell was intoxicating. The back deck view and stars was just icing on the cake. Thank you!

Reagan's place was so charming and perfect for our getaway! Everything was exactly as described. I appreciated the secluded and cozy nature of the cabin, but also the proximity to restaurants, stores and hiking trails. I highly recommend this cabin, and hope to return on a future getaway.

Easy to rent and get to. Everything on the first floor was wheelchair accessible for my wife. My dachshund even enjoyed the access too. Very relaxing sitting on the two porches watching the many deer. Everything was enjoyable and relaxing. Very professional workers when they contacted me to check the hot tub several times.

Our stay at Heidi’s cabin was very relaxing. It is in a quiet area, surrounded by trees. Plenty of useable space outdoors, including a large deck, fenced-in area which would be good for a dog, and fire pit area. I really appreciated the large supply of very seasoned firewood, including kindling! (You are in the woods …be prepared for some gnats! But they were only outside and only at certain times, and totally not unexpected for the setting.) Inside, the cabin was nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had a good array of dishes and cooking equipment. Huge windows let in so much light and provided great views of the surrounding greenery. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and Heidi was a pleasure to deal with.

A rustic cabin in the woods for some R and R was what we had hoped for…and we got it! Beautiful wood beams. So nice to have a private bathroom, as well as a window unit for heat and A/C. The shared kitchen was less than 50 feet away and had all the cooking vessels, utensils and cookware to make a meal. But we loved going to cafe! Barbara and her team served up delicious meals.

Clean and organized place, as described

Our family had the best time here! Loved the yurt! There is a creek across the street that the children played in, we fished in the pond, played baseball in the meadow, had a campfire under the stars. The beds were super comfortable, we enjoyed the privacy and the beauty of the area. We hope to go back and stay longer next time! Well appointed kitchen, super clean home, responsive host, beautiful views through the many windows, private stay yet close to activities. It’s a gem, for sure!

It's a ways back in the woods, but this place is perfect for those seeking a quiet, peaceful woodland retreat with no one else in sight. (It's a bit of a challenge finding the turn up the driveway in the dead of the night, but I do it all the time in the Appalachian hills.) We all loved the screened-in porch and fire pit. (And I almost made off with the meditating Sasquatch figure.) The curly metal staircase to the second floor bedroom may be a challenge to anyone with mobility or tight-space issues, along with the cramped commode up there. But the bedroom itself is cozy. Great windows and views all around in the place. There were four of us in our entourage and we all wish to return!

We want to thank Mark so much for being an incredible host—our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! It was the ideal getaway to celebrate my son’s upcoming birthday. The property was peaceful, beautiful, and packed with things to do. Mark truly goes above and beyond to upgrade the experience and make guests feel completely at home. Our first stay was on March 7th, and this second visit somehow managed to be even better. Mark takes feedback seriously and quickly makes thoughtful improvements based on suggestions. He also provided excellent recommendations for local places to visit, which made our trip even more special. He’s always friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to creating a five-star experience. We can’t wait to return and explore more of the amazing locations he hosts. By far the best Airbnb experience we’ve had—highly, highly recommend!

This was exactly what I was looking for. Camping with a shooting range on site. I was able to test out my night vision on the range. I will definitely be booking again!

We had a fantastic stay at Levi’s place. The creek is clean and beautiful, Levi is very friendly and helpful, the cabin was very clean and neat and laid out as expected from the pictures. The front porch is a nice size. I loved hearing the stream in the evening and we all enjoyed the cows and horses in the field. It was not a problem at all but because we booked through Airbnb and had not checked out his outfitting site, I was not aware that there were also camping sites and it is possible you have will have RV’s and/or tent campers around you. We have a pop up ourselves so I don’t have a problem with that, but I wasn’t expecting it. We stayed mid week in April so only a couple camping sites were in use and weren’t next to us but I am sure it fills certain times of the year. Also, it is creek side but if there are paying fishers in the creek you need to be respectful of their space. We had a great time at the pond and appreciated the use of kayaks, paddle boat, and paddle board
