Standouts - included kitchen appliances, dishes and flatware were over the top - we needed nothing to prepare dinner for 7! Separate bedrooms with comfy beds and a sleeper couch for our grandson. Recreational add-ons of pool table & dartboard in the game room with the projector wall screen tv with surround sound was a big hit. The backyard had a HUGE deck with a patio covered shelter area with room for 8 people to sit around a table and talk. I had morning coffee out there every morning by myself and listened to the birds. I used my Merlin ID app that listens and identified birds. It listed 15 different birds inside of 4-minutes. EVERYTHING is close - Rock City, Lookout Mountain are literally viewable from the nearby thoroughfare. The aquarium took us about 15-minutes to reach. Food stores very close - coffee shops etc. The hosts had everything covered - including coffee pods, ground coffee, extra paper towels, a blender, toaster, etc etc etc. We wanted for NOTHING. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The area was beautiful and the home was convenient to so many attractions. It was extremely clean and inviting. The lights were on when we arrived and Marcie checked in with us to be sure we had what we needed. The king beds were super comfortable! Our family commented about how great they were the first morning we were there. This was a great find and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know who visits Chattanooga! Looking forward to another visit.

This space provided a wonderful getaway for a girls weekend with close friends. The beds are comfortable, the creature comforts (blankets and sheets) are well appointed, and the screened in deck in the back of the house is full of zen! Thank you for creating a space to unplug and recharge. My girlfriends and I loved our time together in your not so tiny, tiny home :-)

Very nice house, comfortable beds, great patio and great yard for our dogs. Not easy to find but once we read the specific instructions from the direction we came from we went right to it. We never had direct contact with any of the neighbors but the yard signs were not welcoming. We enjoyed our time spent there.

Our stay at Suzie's house was great! The house is very modern looking and spacious and inviting. Everything was cleaned and ready to go, including the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped. Very private and beautiful setting and about 15-20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at the yurt was amazing! The hot tub was very nice, and the view from Paradise Pointe was beautiful. We enjoyed the animals and serene atmosphere surrounding our spot and would absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling to the area!

Another great weekend on the Winchester Square!!! And the addition of the 80' video gaming table was a hit with all us "Old Schoo; 80's" kids.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

10/10 stars for this spot! Very private and cozy! Would absolutely stay again! Dom and Bonnie both incredible neighbor doggies! Full kitchen. There is nothing bad to say about this space!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfy. We loved seeing the rabbits in the yard in the morning and afternoons. Ginger (the dog) and her friend the kitty was super sweet and friendly and the best greeters you could have lol. It was a very private and quiet stay even though the owners are located on the same property. The property is very pretty with the wildflowers and gardens. We would definitely stay here in the future.

My husband and I will definitely be back. The apartment was comfortable, clean and super location to visit Sewanee. Myles is a great host.
