Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

Tralea is a three-bedroom spacious townhouse, in a central secure location. Great quiet neighbourhood. Just an 8-minute walk from the town centre. It is just up from KFC opposite the Catholic Church and school. Very close to restaurants, cinema and shops. Murray Downs Golf course is just a short drive over the river. Lots of scenic river walks and parks. Lake Boga 10 minutes away. One hour Drive to Sea Lake. Free parking, Linen towels, body wash​, tea, coffee, Milk, Porta cot, Weber BBQ.

Two bedroom house with a modern kitchen, outdoor area and a pet friendly secure backyard. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 king singles and a fold out bed in the lounge room if needed. Main bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. We also have a porta cot and high chair available on request. Contential breakfast is included in the price. Riverbend House also has Wi-Fi and Stan.
