Walking to schlitterbahn !!Lovely decorated 2 bedrooms condo! with 2 super comfortable Tommy Bahamas king beds ,plus sofa beds ! Comfortably sleep 6 peoples each room has view of the Comal river ,river front balcony!not every condo has view like this.outdoor tables ,bbq grill!swimming pool by the river!walking distance to charming downtown New Braunfels ,where there are many shops, live music and excellent restaurants to dine out!please reach out for any questions! The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
