This condo was so great! Walkable to the downtown area and beach, really cute pool area with grills and plenty of seating options. We loved sitting on the lounge chairs & watching the boats go by in the canal. Beach chairs were provided and there were towels to use by the pool. Some very minor cosmetic imperfections that could easily be fixed (stain on couch pillow/ patch on the wall), but didn't impact how happy we were with the stay at all. Would stay again anytime! Our trip to Ft. Lauderdale could not have been better staying here! Everything we needed was either within walking distance or a short and easy car ride. The space itself was very homey, and being right next to the water made for enjoyable evenings all on its own. Would highly recommend!

This lovely place came highly recommended by a friend - and it was everything promised! I can’t wait to return.

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

Dans l'ensemble très beau condo, voici mes commentaires détaillés: Les pour: - la vue sur l'intercostal est spectaculaire; - le patio est génial; - la piscine est super, beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols; - il y a beaucoup d'articles de cuisine, papier de toilette, savon à linge, savon pour le lave-vaisselle; - l'épicerie Publix est à 5 minutes de marche, très pratique; - quartier et bloc très sécuritaire. Les contre: - l'arrivée doit se faire à une heure précise, pas d'arrivée autonome... vraiment pas pratique si vous avez un retard quelconque ou si vous devancez votre arrivée; - une seule clé régulière et à puce pour entrer dans le condo et circuler dans l'édifice, TRÈS déplaisant et restrictif quand on est 4 adultes avec des allés et venus différentes; - la propreté de certains articles de cuisine laissait à désirer; - le matelas de la chambre des maitres est de piètre qualité et tâché; - les lits de la chambre d'invités sont bons pour des enfants, pas pour des adultes.

We loving staying at Maria Andrea's place - it's was beautiful, pristine, and walkable to the beach!

Nikki and her crew were hands down a pleasure to work with. Friendly, informative and prompt! The property was exactly as shown and pristine upon arrival. The home is close to everything , yet incredibly private. Previous reviews were spot on. The only downside was leaving. Thank you so much to Nikki and Mason for being so gracious.

We had an amazing stay at Maya’s place! She was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The home was beautiful, just like the photos, but even better. Spacious, clean, and the backyard was serene and perfect for relaxing. We came for my sister’s bachelorette party, and the space was perfect for our group. It honestly felt like a hotel - beds were made with everything we needed, plenty of towels (including beach/pool towels), and toiletries were provided. The extra touches were so thoughtful. We loved having access to kayaking and paddleboarding - it made the trip even more special. Maya and her team went above and beyond, and we can’t wait to come back!

Such a beautiful place to stay. The house was perfect! They had everything you needed and more. We loved fishing off the dock, grilling out, playing the yard games, relaxing in the tiki hut and swimming. We would recommend this house to anyone looking. Great location! Close to the beach, across the street from the grocery store and close to a lot of great restaurants. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great area surrounding and fantastic location.

This house is a dream!! I could sit by the pool for hours watching the boats go by. Desiree was so nice and always responded quickly. I cannot wait to book this home again with my family.

We had a great stay at this home. The pool was the hot spot for my kiddos to play in. I loved the view of the canal right from our window. The beach was about a 10 minute walk as well.

This place was perfect for my family to relax for a few days over school break. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Awesome house for our family get-together. Great layout, with lots of room and different places for separate groups throughout the property. The pool and outdoor seating areas were furnished nicely, with lots of room to spread out. Sonos system setup throughout the house was a nice plus, too. Definitely, a great stay if you have a big family or group.

Patrick personally greeted us upon arrival and guided us through each step of the check-in process. The apartment was delightful, snug, with a wonderful view of the marina, and most importantly, it was incredibly peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had an incredible experience staying at the W Residences in Fort Lauderdale. The space was exactly as described — modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect for beach access, dining, and nightlife. The host was responsive and made check-in effortless. The amenities felt truly high-end — just like staying at a luxury hotel, but with the added comfort and privacy of a home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

This was our second time staying in Michael's condo. It is everything that we want: close to the beach, good restaurants, nightlife, yet it is very private and peaceful. 5 stars+. We plan to return again.

We loved the location. Enjoyed the view from the balcony could watch all the boats and yachts go by. Could walk to stores an restaurants
