This place was such a great experience for us. Ryan was very responsive and accommodating. The place was beautiful and the host went above and beyond to provide every little thing you could ever need! We really enjoyed the hot tub and lovely back porch. The area is full of things to do and places to eat. Such a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend and we’d love to return.

Roy & Yohana's place was great. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen and living areas downstairs are physically separated from the sleeping areas upstairs. This makes the place feel bigger and more amenable to some guests sleeping while others are dining or watching television. It was very easy to get to both downtown and the major commercial areas. The hosts were very responsive and super kind, the reached out when we left an important personal item behind and made sure we were able to retrieve.

Beautiful place, peaceful area

We loved our stay here! Our family of 6 came for ECU’s graduation. We had 3 couples staying for 3 nights. The apartment was just wonderful and super-clean! There was plenty of parking and check-in was easy. The space looks just like the photos. There is a fun vibe and a lot of great thought went into renovating this space. Plus some wonderful touches from the owners. We appreciated extra blankets and pillows, and the pool table gave us hours of family entertainment! We also felt safe walking back from the downtown area bars/restaurants late at night. We would 100% stay here again.

Great location near the freeway so it’s easy to get to places from location. The only negative is you have to walk through the someone’s space to get to either the bathroom or the kitchen. It’s a great deal, and the host is awesome.

Stayed for an entire summer with no issues. Whenever I needed anything, the owner was quick to respond. Nice neighborhood. About a 17 min drive from Cummins Plant; light traffic. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommended/stay again in the future.

The house was perfect for our needs over the weekend!! Very clean, comfortable home. The House had everything we needed plus much more. Whole experience was smooth, no hitches ,,,, I would rent this house/from Jessica again!!!

Gerber’s property is nice. It’s clean and organized. It has everything that you need. Property is very spacious. The host is responsible and friendly. I would recommend this place.

Perfect house for my family of 7! Came into town for a wedding enough room to get ready and lighting was good for makeup! Location was great, near some really nice restaurants. Anwar communicated right away no complaints!!

The property was pristine.... adorably appointed with eclectic furnishings. Didn't feel like a hotel at all. Was conveniently located to all of our needs. We wanted to take the entire building with everything in in back home.

Wonderful place for our family of four! We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Location was perfect for us, very close to visit family in Winterville. Hosts did a great job! We will stay again for our next visit.

Super clean and beautiful decor. Fully stocked from kitchen ware, snacks, play station, and even a guitar! Olu was friendly and gave direct and easy to understand directions. I would definitely rebook!

Definitely a great place to stay for healthcare professionals and medical students. It's not in the middle of downtown so it's a more quiet peaceful neighborhood short drive to the hospital or university. Lots of options for food in short driving distance though. The apt itself is definitely the best option for month long rotations. You can't really beat the price for what you get with any other options in Greenville. Tons of space in the apt with well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and addressed all questions and concerns promptly. Friendly neighbors and access to a pool was a nice perk over the summer with the Greenville heat.

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Terrific host and a fun pad! very stylish with little surprises. Loved the place!
