Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

Berwyn Place #1 is a newly renovated, first floor, one bedroom apartment in a two unit home, located in Cincinnati's hip neighborhood of Oakley. Enjoy your own private, walk-out deck, and the property is at the end of a cul-de-sac/no-outlet street. Walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutique shops and more. Off street parking in driveway for one vehicle. This is the downstairs unit of a two unit property and you may hear noise from the upstairs unit.

Apartment on Main-close to CU and Bike Trail

If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).

Extremely comfortable queen mattress with pillow top in cozy room, one block from downtown and five minute walk to trails with waterfalls. NO Kitchen, but has a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with coffee, tea, sugar and purified water. - Additional 3% Village of Yellow Springs lodging tax due upon reservation.

"Jailhouse Suites" Tower Suite accommodates a maximum of five adults. There are two queen size beds, and a roll-away single. The suite features a full kitchen with drip coffee maker, private entrance, private bath, central air, ROKU TV and WiFi. It is a full studio apartment located on the second floor of the old Jailhouse close to everything in Yellow Springs.
