The place was as advertised and worked well for our needs. All amenities were well met. The kitchen served nicely as it had induction stovetop, convection toaster oven, microwave, full refrigerator, and kuerig coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and access was good. She had outdoor lighting triggered for night time arrivals and comings and goings. The bed and furniture was more than adequate. Shower was spacious and well stocked. We had initial slight concern about accessing through the backyard, which we were told the dog used, but we only saw the dog once in our 3 day stay and it was quite calm and kept to it's own business and did not intrude upon us in any way so a non-issue in our opinion. As senior retirees we would stay here again and felt comfortable and safe.

This place was dialed in. It was very neat and clean, but also very welcoming and homey. A perfect blend for an AirBnB. Easy to get to and find, but also quiet and secluded. We had the whole place above the garage to ourselves. Great place!

This was SUCH a cute and perfect space. It is very clean, in a wonderful/safe neighborhood, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this spot. Donna is very responsive and a wonderful host!

Sarah was a very attentive host! She gave us great local recommendations and was always responsive. They even replaced the record player so my teens could listen to them. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very close to everything downtown yet was able to just relax in the peaceful surroundings. Very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Kamaron’s place is one of the cleanest, best appointed , quietest Air Bnb’s I have ever stayed in! There are many extras, including an outside sitting area with a grill, little white lights over the patio, vaulted ceiling, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, washer/ dryer, live plants, bikes, a long private driveway, and complete quiet. It is also decorated very tastefully, has lots of plush towels and high quality linens. The location is perfect~ about 10 minutes to UNC-Wilmington, and 10 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. A wide variety of coffee shops, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are all less than 10 minutes away as well. I will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends who come to Wilmington to visit their college kids like I do. I will also define be back!

Carol & Grays place was stunning. It was beautifully appointed and had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. They really gave thought of everything. I would definitely recommend staying here, the location was great for getting around town but also very private. Both Carol & Gray were very responsive and very nice, fantastic hosts!

Have a lovely stay at Jane’s place! Excellent furnishings in each room, soft linens, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, cleaned to perfection, filtered water, coffee and complimentary snacks available, bath robes and plush towels. She has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. And even took the time to recommend spectacular restaurants within walking distance. No car needed to enjoy the downtown shops, river walk, and restaurants. Definitely stay here to experience the splendor of Wilmington ❤️

Our stay at Piper’s Paradise was wonderful. The space is a beautiful, clean, and well organized studio apartment with everything that you might need. My granddaughter loved the pull down Murphy bed! There is a full kitchen, which was a big plus. We enjoyed being close to the beach and other attractions such as bowling, mini golf, downtown Willmington, local museums, and restaurants. Jeremy is a very responsive host and Piper is a sweetheart. We give it a 10/10 and we definitely recommend booking your stay at Piper’s Paradise.

Perfect place for our trip to Southport and Oak Island! Was a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to downtown Southport. We fell in love with the coffee shop at the end of the street! Would stay here again!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Such a cozy, comfortable, quiet place that met our needs. Definitely a better choice for the money than a hotel. I highly recommend it.

Seriously one of the best places I have stayed in regards to location, ease of check-in/check out, and comfort. It was an excellent price, cute, comfortable, and their cat, Buck, greeted us at the door (outside) as the welcoming committee. I couldn’t recommend their place more highly!

Wonderful place to stay! Weren’t far from the beach and shopping at all. The house was in the very peaceful place and just loved everything about it. With it being spring break for a lot of people having this place keep us out the chaos and me and my friends really enjoyed that. Would totally recommend staying here to anyone.

Christi's place was a perfect weekend getaway! The pool house was spotless & super charming. So appreciate when hosts include plenty of extra towels & blankets. Robes were a nice touch + the pool & outdoor shower were an extra special plus for this area. We walked or biked to the beach access & restaurants to get around. You really don't need your car once you arrive unless you want to go to a more elevated restaurant outside of Carolina Beach. We hardly did any research on CB before arriving & loved the casual nature of everything but took our car out one of the nights for dinner. The beach bikes & the bed could be upgraded but overall the other perks of the accommodations outweighed this & we would recommend Christi's place.

Enjoyed my stay! Very clean and easy to park. Wish there was more of a neighborhood to walk my dog, but Long Leaf Park was very close! Soap handle came undone upon first use and shower head may could use a fix/upgrade. Neighbors were a little noisy at night but know that’s likely out of owner’s control. Other than that no complaints!

Wade your rental is absolutely amazing! Very clean! I am so sad to be back home because we loved your place so much! I have stayed in many AirBNBs and this by far was the best one! We felt right at home and felt very relaxed. For the amount of people that you have staying there (per the guest book) you would never be able to tell. There is no wear and tear at all. Thank you again for an accurate listing and allowing us to enjoy your rental!

Had a great Easter weekend stay at Matt & Haley’s guest home! An easy drive to downtown or over to Wrightsville Beach but a perfect in-between nook that’s private and peaceful! Check-in went smoothly, and the place was spotless on arrival. Matt & Haley frequently checked on us throughout our stay, and made sure to provide us with numerous recommendations in the area for food, drinks, and things to do! Check out went just as smoothly, and my partner and I would definitely come stay at this gorgeous guest house when visiting the coast again!!

This is my second stay. I enjoyed it just like my previous stay. Peaceful and I enjoyed my view from the window. Danielle was so responsive and quick to respond when I needed something. She also checked in to make sure I was warm since it snowed during my stay. Granted I was born and raised in snow, so it was a beautiful sight to enjoy after moving to the Carolinas.

Loved staying at this Airbnb! It was very clean and the location was convenient. It had tons of amenities ie fresh towels, & coffee. If you want to stay somewhere close to everything, but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep- book here!
