Inside, the living area boasts a comfortable sofa, tv, work area and breakfast bar. The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed with a premium mattress. The highlight of this tiny home is the oversized spa rainfall shower.

Marsh Top Suite - No Clean Fees!

This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. Kayaks, Paddle boards, basketball court. Sorry, we don't allow guests in the pool.

Just steps to the beach and pool, this 1 bedroom condo is perched on the top floor of the B building with an elevator and features a queen bed, two bunk beds, full bath and kitchen including breakfast bar. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
