The house is the perfect stay for an authentic Franklin stay! It is beautiful, can not say enough about the location and how well kept the home is.

Hilda was very responsive and accommodating. The place was east to find and was a peaceful scenic piece of property. Would recommend for a quiet getaway

Very quiet and peaceful setting, with comfortable surroundings, located in the area we needed to be in.

This place is perfect for a peaceful, private getaway. It’s about 25 minutes from Downtown Nashville, but we had our car, so that was of no consequence at all. The privacy and peace were enjoyable. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The place was clean, it could easily sleep 8 people (even the sofa bed was comfy!), and there were bottled waters and juices in the fridge. There was a closet FULL of amazing board games and puzzles, along with a tv/VCR with PLENTY of your 80’s/90’s childhood fave VHS cassettes! There’s another TV with streaming service as well. The hosts were friendly, and Deane even came outside to warmly chat as we were leaving; We both said that we felt like our dad was sending us off on a trip! I would stay here again for sure!!!! Adding it to my favorites.

The Red Suite is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette perfect for what we needed (breakfasts). The outdoor space was really nice, sunset views and a lot of birds singing. We didn't use the pool, but if it were hotter it would be very inviting. It was a perfect hangout for us visiting family in Franklin!

Laura is a wonderful host and awesome person! Felt like we were part of the family!! Her dog Poppy was pretty cool too!! Her house is awesome!! I can't wait to go back!!

The home was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the grounds were so nice and serene. The hosts were great. My family loved staying here and we would definitely stay again.

it was a very big apartment that was very clean and tastefully decorated. The apartment also had plenty of counter space (kitchen counter and coffee table etc.) it was so easy to spread out all our belongings for the duration such that it made the stay extra comfortable.

I stayed here for a month while I visited my family and looked for home to purchase in the area. Mark and Charlotte are great! Both are gracious and affable and treated me like family. You can tell they take pride in their place and enjoy hosting. This is my second time staying here and will be my go to place for my future visits to the area. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. It was just what we needed for our trip to visit family local to their location. My daughter loved your dog, Ginger. She enjoyed watching her run all over the back yard. The beds were really comfortable and I liked having access to the fan and light on the remote control by the bed. The motion-detection lights along the side of the house made my daughter feel safer when we arrived to the house during the darker hours. Thanks again and we will look to stay again when we come back to visit family again.

Had a wonderful stay at Williams. The place was clean and very comfortable. Close to everything and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home & property!! Very relaxing atmosphere. Stayed one week~ the Iocation was great! Close to everything, in a peaceful country setting. Luciana was SO accommodating, very kind, & fast to reply. I inquired for a last min (like 2 hours) stay, and Luciana had gotten everything ready for me!! Would definitely stay here again!
