Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting.
