Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Right across the street fm the best authentic mexican food in middle TN. This apt has cottage charm sporting painted concrete floors but softened up w/ plush rugs and bed linens. After seeing the sights, come home to "The Suite Spot" -grill out, sip a glass of wine, watch a movie.

Patterson Knob Apartment in South Nashville

The apartment is on the ground floor of our home. Please see photo of 2 5-inch steps leading to the bathroom. That is the only steps inside the apartment. We live upstairs, but you will have complete privacy during your stay. This is a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. We have a basset hound and a cavapoo. We try to keep them quiet. They do bark when our guests first arrive but usually get used to them and pay no attention. The exception would be if the guests bring a dog.

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
