It is cared for with love and attention to detail. Carterville is central to both Carbondale and Marion, and within a 15 minute drive to SIU and the Shawnee National Forest.

Original hardwood floors, handmade cabinets, old porcelain bath, and kitchen sink reminding you of the olden days at your grandparents, with updated furnishings, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, with porches to enjoy your morning coffee and a fire pit to enjoy with a glass of wine in the evening.

Relax in the country setting overlooking farmland while spotting the deer and foxes playing in the back yard. Enjoy quiet peaceful evenings while sitting on the patio watching the sun set. Just 1/4 mile away is the Lake Arrowhead walking trail. Enjoy a nature walk on the wooded trail. Enjoy home cook meals at the local family restaurant just 1.5 miles away. Plenty of yard for outside activities with plenty of shade from the giant oak tree. Just 7 miles from the new Marion Spirts Complex.

Four friends have joined forces to create this cozy space for you to feel right at home in. We've made the space fun, with each bedroom having a unique theme. Our coffee bar also offers a variety of mugs, so each person can pick their favorite. We had your comfort in mind when we selected new queen mattresses, soft bedding, and plush towels. The couch and extra seating are very comfy. For our likeminded germaphobe friends, we chose light bedding to ensure utmost cleanliness.
