My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The pool and hot tub is amazing. We loved the garage and playing ping pong. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. The living area and front room are beautiful. Kristin and Bob put a lot of thought on the details and made the home feel welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to the beach access and only being 8 blocks from the pier. The restaurants are amazing, Catch 23 was a fav. Don’t forget to go by McKelvin’s Surf Shop! Folly Beach is beautiful and peaceful, we would love to stay again in the home. Kristin was great communicating with me and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

Frank was a great host for our small group of mom’s. We enjoyed the space, sipping coffee and wine on the balcony. The place was near the King Street action but far enough to not be right in the mix.

We had a great stay at Dana's place, and the dogs loved the big back yard!

Had a great stay here. Joseph messaged full instructions for check out and check in well in advance which made it super easy. Couch was very comfortable and very large so it was a great place to sleep if you have 5 people. Backyard and patio was beautiful. Was walkable to riverfront park (if you’re up for a longer walk) and park circle restaurants. Overall great location, great place, great host. No complaints

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay with friends - such a cozy and relaxing space! So close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, nightlife & music! Easy drive to Charleston. Corrie was an exceptional host!!

The house was exactly what we needed for two families staying together with a teen and a toddler. The activities in the house were fun and then the pool outside allowed something for everyone. Steve was a great host and communicated with us quickly! We would stay here again if we were looking for a great place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had a perfect stay at Bo and Mary Mar’s adorable house. The decorations were so tastefully done, which delighted the two art majors among our group! We had our yearly high school girls trip for the five of us. The pool was heated, clean and so very conducive to all the catch up time we could have hoped for. We ventured into Charleston, Shem Creek and Sullivan’s Island as we had to sample the good eats of the area. Hosts were very responsive, house was well appointed, neighborhood was safe for running…basically, this was the complete package. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had all the essentials. We did not get to enjoy the pool but the guest above us did and it seemed like a nice area for them. We did have 5 cars and with only 2 parking spaces we had to make sure to plan ahead but it worked out with street parking. Very cozy space in the living area for all of us to gather.

Fantastic house, sat back from the main road enough to offer privacy. Walkable to a bunch of amazing coffee and breakfast/lunch spots, and not too long of a walk to King Street etc. Master bath has the most amazing double shower, and kitchen was fully stocked to cook up whatever we needed.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

We had an amazing week with our three adult kids and their significant others! The home was beautiful! Comfy, clean, crisp ... everything we had hoped for and more! We were able to relax (plenty of comfortable space) and come together and enjoy our time together making meals, playing games, and watching movies. The location was excellent. Close to beach and town, yet quiet and private nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Many memories were made with the family. We have already passed along our experince to interested friends and hope to have our family return again in the future.

Doug was an incredibly responsive host and the house was great for our large family with 3 small kids! We would definitely come back to this location & house again.

This house was perfect for our little family! We have a toddler, so the seclusion, yet convenience was great! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but still 15 minutes or less from downtown and Folly Beach! The fenced in backyard was great for our son and this house is super close to an amazing park that has new playground equipment and a splash pad. Definitely would recommend! The hosts had great communication as well! 😊

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

Contacted the host about an extended stay while here for work and received a prompt response. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and occasionally checked in to make sure my stay was going well. 5-stars! I would definitely stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

If you like historical houses, Lisa’s house is the place for you! The beds were very comfortable and with 5 bathrooms we never had to worry./wait. The amenities were more than plentiful! One thing to remember is that the house is in the city so expect to see and hear what you would typically see/hear. For example, we did encounter some noise from the local bar and garbage trucks, but Lisa had earplugs, sound machines, and box fans to help dull the noises. It was so nice sitting on the balcony and having coffee in the morning. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Easy walk to the beach and comfortable space. If you’re bringing your pets, know there is not a fenced in space! Quiet, beautiful neighborhood and a very responsive host.

I recently stayed at Brett’s cozy beach-themed home with my adult kids while we attended my son’s graduation from The Citadel. The place was perfect for our needs—small but had everything we needed and it’s well-decorated with a charming beach vibe that made it feel welcoming. Brett was a solid host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily get to the campus and explore Charleston. We felt secure leaving our things while we enjoyed the graduation festivities. All in all, it was a good spot to rest our heads and create some great family memories. If we find ourselves back in Charleston, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Brett’s place again. Thanks, Brett, for your hospitality!

I felt like we were in the middle of Animal Kingdom. We loved watching all of the wildlife right from the porch. Great recreation space under the house with an additional shower. Main living area and kitchen are very open.

Amy’s home was a fantastic place to stay! Her and Daniel were incredibly responsive and helpful when it came to parking and recommendations for the area. The home was clean, spacious, and super walkable. Can’t wait to come back!

A very comfortable home with all you need for a relaxed vacation. Really appreciate the stoked coffee machine. And well equipped kitchen. I will return next year!
