Outside is where this property truly shines. Relax on your private oceanfront patio with comfortable seating and a fire pit, spend the afternoon by the shared pool, or take just a few steps onto the beach to watch the sunrise, fish, surf, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. The owner and his son live quietly in the upstairs residence with their own completely separate entrance. Your lower-level accommodations are private, allowing you to enjoy your vacation while knowing someone is nearby if needed. The owner and his son live upstairs in a separate residence with their own private entrance. The pool is shared between the lower-level home and the attached apartment. The ocean-side sliding glass door locks from the inside only. It is intended primarily as an exit to the beach and cannot be unlocked from outside. This property does not have 3 masters suites: they have their own bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Wilbur, is a small, quiet, residential beach town located 2 ½ miles north of Historical Ponce Inlet and less than 7 miles south of the famous boardwalk in the heart of Daytona Beach! A unique feature of our location is that we're a condo-free section of beach designated as a “turtle nesting area”: no motorized vehicles, few tourists, privacy, serenity, and security.
