Het huisje is gericht naar het oosten dus koel en aangenaam in de zomer. Wel rekening houden met enkele trappen bij binnenkomen woning. Parking is voorzien onder het huis (voor een kleinere auto). Mogelijkheid om te parkeren op straat ofwel gratis op 5min wandelen van het huisje.

La maison est spacieuse et dispose d'un jardin exposé plein sud pour profiter des belles journées ensoleillées.
