We stayed 4 weeks in Zo Dani’s place, right in the centre and yet quiet. We wanted a place where we could walk everywhere, where I could work and where we could unwind. The place is beautiful, located in a neighborhood where children play on the streets and everybody greets you, but very close to the centre of Utrecht, with any shop you might wish close by, be it a fish shop, a butcher, a do it self shop, restaurants, supermarkets, a bookshop, ATM, etc, and the wonderful Grift park behind. Wittevrouwen is a gem. From here you are in 5-10 minutes in the centre. The apartment is spacious, with a large table for working and eating, a sitting room with a huge sofa and armchairs and large flatscreen tv with all the channels and streaming services on it, you might want, a separate kitchen which we used everyday and a beautiful bedroom and bathroom and toilet. Zo is very accommodating; when we arrived he explained everything we needed to operate independently, and was always available.

Fantastic apartment, we all enjoyed our stay here. The place feels luxurious, it's easy to get to and parking just next door. Perfect!

L’appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale, ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. La posizione è comoda (15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale). Ake è stato molto disponibile :)

We had a great stay in Eva’s beautiful home. The home is cozy, clean and was perfect for our stay in AMS. Eva was super helpful during the entire stay- she even arranged an extra sleeping arrangement for our kiddo. We liked the neighborhood too- very walkable to groceries and restaurants. Kid friendly location with a playground minutes of the apartment.

Naarden is SUCH a beautiful place and we wouldn’t have found a more primal location if we tried. Between the location and the beautiful flat, you can’t ask for more. The price is a bargain, and our host was such a kind and thoughtful host. We felt right at home, and were hoping to come back next year!

Des hôtes fort accueillant dans un environnement magnifique, entourée d'une nature constante ! L'eau des canaux apportent une douceur et beaucoup de charmes ! L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. J'ai été très heureuse de ce séjour !

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Jonathans wunderbarer Wohnung. Jonathan selbst ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber der sich sehr viel Mühe mit uns gegeben hat. Vielen Dank!

Absolutely beautiful small town with the long story, beginning at 10th century. Extremely peaceful surroundings, small and very-very accurate houses and streets. Some big groceries not far away, enough parking places even within fortress area. The apartment is very clean, equipped with old but fashion furniture and at the same time with all needed modern devices like dish washer etc. We were admired, staying at this place and agreed, that it was a big luck to be there. Also there is only 20-30 min till the center of Amsterdam. And about 45-50 min to Utrecht. Want to express huge thanks to Ilse for her readiness to help, very friendly attitude and for sure for this great place in such a good state.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen für den JGA meiner Schwester. Wir wurden super empfangen und auch wenn das Haus der Besitzer direkt nebenan war, haben wir unseren Raum für uns gehabt. Es ist dort eine wunderschöne Gegend. Wenn man dort in der Umgebung bleiben möchte perfekt, für einen Ausflug nach Amsterdam etwas umständlich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln aber es war schon möglich. 1 Stunde muss man aber mindestens einplanen. Wir waren aber insgesamt sehr sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen! Es war wunderbar und schön☺️ vielen Dank!

Parfait, nous avons passé un excellent week-end ! Logement très propre et accessible rapidement en métro du centre de Amsterdam. Nous vous remercions :)

We stayed at this stunning house set in the country side in Amsterdam. We were a group of six ladies and just felt right at home. We commuted from Amsterdam to the house via uber which was so easy ! We walked into the local town and around the area with stunning scenery and lots of cafes etc within 2 km. Lots of wildlife to see and the walking was really easy as it was all on the flat. We tried local ice cream too. Next to the house was the most stunning views and cafe that we sat drinking ginger tea, cava and lattes. The food was homemade and wonderful. We wish we could go back ! The house was spacious with large areas for our group to sit and eat together, we enjoyed the garden and the views. Our host was super helpful and responsive. Overall we had an amazing break and cannot fault it !

wir konnten wunderbare ruhige Tage verbringen. Die Anleitungen haben super geklappt für die "Fähre" um zum Haus zu gelangen. Der Kontakt war stets schnell und informativ, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.

We really enjoyed staying at Moon and Maartens place in Utrecht. It is a beautiful, modern home in an older neighborhood that has a lot of character. It is really close to the old city center of Utrecht, but at the same time the neighborhood is nice and quiet with a lot of families. And being able to park easily was really nice as well. The area has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shops if you don't want to go into the city. And even though there were big road constructions going on when we were there on the big road nearby (Amsterdamsestraatweg) there are plenty of options to take a bus, train or bike into the city (or elsewhere) within a 10min walk from the home. Moon and Maarten are super responsive and really great hosts who will make you feel right at home when you are visiting!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end ensoleillé à Amsterdam dans ce logement parfait pour deux personnes. Très propre, fonctionnel et situé dans un quartier très calme, à seulement un quart d’heure en tram du centre. La terrasse, entourée de verdure, offre un cadre paisible très agréable. Le petit déjeuner, préparé et apporté chaque matin par Joost et son épouse, était copieux et absolument délicieux. Des hôtes vraiment sympathiques, attentionnés et très arrangeants. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse !

Ein wunderschönes Haus am Wasser, das Boot fahren macht sehr viel Spaß. Es war traumhaft und wir hatten zu fünft eine tolle Zeit 🥰

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour dans le B&B de Bianka et Dick ! Notre premier hôte dans la périphérie d'Amsterdam nous a fait faux bond le soir de notre arrivée et nous avons eu l'immense chance d'avoir une réponse très rapide de Bianka et Dick, malgré l'heure tardive ! Dick nous a accueilli quelques dizaines de minutes plus tard avec beaucoup de sympathie et un logement impeccable ! Au final, notre séjour n'aurait pas pu être mieux !

We visit Vinkeveen with 4 girls and had a really nice time :) The apartment is pretty and clean and especially the balcony was great. I guess it's a perfect choice if you want to visit amsterdam but also want to have some relaxed time and enjoy the country side or the lake, wich is directly next to the airbnb. We would come back, thanks for the stay!

Firstly, we need to say a big thank you to Stephan! He was a great host and was very responsive/easy to reach when organising our stay. We were there for Kings Day/Weekend and everything was in easier reach for us to visit our friends who live in Amsterdam. Great location, supermarkets nearby if you need and easy access to the city. The living area was perfect to relax with a coffee in the morning before heading out for the day! Thank you again Stephan :)

Lovely lication with excellent train connections! This place is wonderfully situated near train station, making it super easy to catch direct trains to Amsterdam and Utrecht. The accommodation itself was cozy and well-equipped, and the host was very welcoming. Ideal for travelers who want the best of both worlds-peaceful stay with quick access to major cities!

We had an awesome stay. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The balcony was definitely the highlight—we spent almost all of our last day just hanging out there in the sun. Location was great, check-in was smooth, and it all just felt easy and relaxed. Would happily stay again.

A very cute and charming apartment with excellent communicative hosts. The location of this apartment was right next to a grocery store and public transportation which made it extremely convenient. The apartment had everything we needed to make us feel right at home.

I can definitely recommend this accommodation. I rented the little studio and it was perfect for a solo vacation (but it also works for two people). Wilma and her family are very friendly and always making sure that everything is right. The surrounding nature is so beautiful. Take your bike or walk around and enjoy the landscape. The farm is a bit more outside in the fields, so a bike or a car can make the way to and from the frame easier. All in all I can recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to spend a couple of day, but also want to visit the city.
