The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, double glazing, central heating and decking to enjoy the stunning views. Newbiggin has many pubs, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade. You should see seals, dolphins and maybe an occasional whale from your window.

With magnificent views over the sea towards Whitley Bays iconic St. Mary’s lighthouse The Links and the Spanish City Dome, Bay View is perfectly located in a prime position to enjoy the perfect seaside holiday. The large airy living room has a custom built window seat wrapped around a large bay window where you can relax and soak in the ever changing sea views as well as high ceilings and wonderful homely feel. The England coastal path runs within 150 yards of the property perfect for walkers.

Perfect spot to recharge, connect with nature, relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Central heating, double glazing, a perfect home away from home. Caravan is on cliff above beach and rocks giving interesting ever changing views. Wake to birdsong, sunrise, spend the day watching in the hope of spotting dolphins and the evening winding down to the sounds of the sea and colours of the sunset. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea golf club next door, sheltered bay with prom, maritime centre and cafes very close by.

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.
